The room was large, and there was countertop space in the bathroom, which is always a plus in Europe! Beds were comfortable and clean along with surfaces in the bedroom. Bathrooms had an ample amount of towels and toiletries, and was well lit. We had an early flight in Manchester and for what we needed it served it's purpose.

I am sure most people will be staying here for one night, because they are about to fly early the next morning, or have landed late at night, and for that it is perfect. The facilities are basic, and you have to order a meal on a delivery website, if you arrive in the mid-late evening, but that works fine. For a place to put your head down for a few hours before an early start, it's good value, clean, modern, and so conveniently-located, being directly opposite the terminal. You could pay a few quid less, and stay off-site, but the taxi fare to and from the airport, and the time that takes, make this on-site property a very good solution!

Really only used the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and the airport terminal. Hardly able to review Hale but would advise anyone with limited mobility that there is a good walk involved...partly in the sheltered 'corridor' and then on the open to get to the Ibis Hotel

Needed a nice sized room with a couple of double beds for self and daughter as she had early morning flight. Great staff, organised her a 4:30am shuttle bus even though just a few hundred yards away. We had booked a local restaurant as other daughter studies at Man Uni so can't comment on food other than menu in lift seemed comprehensive for most airport hotel traveller requirements. One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in, best bed ever in the room super comfy, tidy hotel and excellent location for the terminals, the only disappointment was the price of food at meal, especially the sirloin steak at £45 per steak and had the cheek to charge extra for the chips and sides unbelievable!!! I would and will stay at this hotel again but definitely won't be paying for food there I will go out from the hotel for food.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Great location for airport, no transfer needed. Lovely hotel with a touch of luxury, even has a nice gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Rather expensive for one night but worth it for the convenience when taking an early flight.

I arrived at 3.35am after breaking down on the motorway. I was greeted by a lovely smile from the gentleman behind the desk. The charge was waived for the car park as I only had three hours until I picked my son up from the airport. I was able to have 2hrs sleep in a lovely room and have an amazing breakfast. Outstanding hotel and staff! So clean and ALL the staff speak and smile.AAnonymous
