The room was cold The chair was very uncomfortable, every time i sat on it I slid down off it. For a one off stay on my way to a 05.55 flight I had no interest in the "offers", just a good night's sleep which I didn't get. Awful place I won't stay again

Really only used the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and the airport terminal.
Hardly able to review Hale but would advise anyone with limited mobility that there is a good walk involved...partly in the sheltered 'corridor' and then on the open to get to the Ibis Hotel

Needed a nice sized room with a couple of double beds for self and daughter as she had early morning flight. Great staff, organised her a 4:30am shuttle bus even though just a few hundred yards away. We had booked a local restaurant as other daughter studies at Man Uni so can't comment on food other than menu in lift seemed comprehensive for most airport hotel traveller requirements. Passing bar and restaurants both looked more than pleasant for an airport hotel

One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in, best bed ever in the room super comfy, tidy hotel and excellent location for the terminals, the only disappointment was the price of food at meal, especially the sirloin steak at £45 per steak and had the cheek to charge extra for the chips and sides unbelievable!!! I would and will stay at this hotel again but definitely won't be paying for food there I will go out from the hotel for food.

Great location for airport, no transfer needed.
Great location for airport, no transfer needed. Lovely hotel with a touch of luxury, even has a nice gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Rather expensive for one night but worth it for the convenience when taking an early flight.

Only thing I liked was convenience to airport.
Only thing I liked was convenience to airport. Otherwise I didn't like anything..Not the room, not the view, not the amenities, or lack of. Price outragious. Had just stayed in a luxery hotel with spa and fitness center, fab food and lounge, fantastic room and amenities for half the price of a basic hole in the wall with a view of cars.

I arrived at 3.35am after breaking down on the motorway.
I arrived at 3.35am after breaking down on the motorway. I was greeted by a lovely smile from the gentleman behind the desk. The charge was waived for the car park as I only had three hours until I picked my son up from the airport. I was able to have 2hrs sleep in a lovely room and have an amazing breakfast. Outstanding hotel and staff! So clean and ALL the staff speak and smile.
Everything was perfect for an overnight stay. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Next time I'll make sure that I arrive in time for dinner as well. Just for info, £10 in a taxi from Manchester airport railway station to hotel, taxi hotel to terminal 2 £16. There were lots of little extras in the room, tea, coffee, chocolate, biscuits, spring water. Fresh milk in a fridge next to reception.
The only hotel I stay in when traveling. Never disappoints me. Checking in online is great. Staff friendly. Rooms excellent and clean. Beautiful hot baths with fluffy towels. A real luxury feel to start or end any vacation. Wonderful shuttle to the Terminals. Very prompt service. I would not go anywhere else.
We arrived at Manchester Airport train station and had a short walk to the hotel. On arrival we were greeted and checked in quickly, the room was compact but very clean and great for a one night stay as we had an early flight.
There were plenty of places around to have a drink and something to eat.
Everything was excellent . Over the years I have stayed In all the hotels at Manchester Airport , this stands out as the best . Good , simple check-in , comfortable spacious room , excellent breakfast , friendly staff……..and only five minutes at my fast pace from T2 check-in desks . Perfect .
I stayed at The Crowne Plaza for night (picking up family from airport). It was modern, sparkling clean, all staff were courteous, professional and friendly. Restaurant food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. It was great to be able to park at the hotel too.
The staff were friendly and cared about our comfort and schedules, even letting us preorder breakfast and opening the restaurant a bit early so we had plentyof time to catch our flight. This will be my go to hotel from Now on when flying out
of Manchester.
All was good - only there a short time - the mini bus driver was very good to everyone; I would recommend here to anyone for an overnight at Manchester airport. I would advise anyone thinking of a hotel at Manchester airport, to avoid the Hilton.
Spotlessly clean , friendly helpful staff . The food in the restaurant was very good and the hotel location for the terminal was good. We will definitely use the Crowne in our future flights from Manchester
I liked that the hotel was near Manchester Airport. The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. Liked that there was China and spoons and milk for coffee. I liked that there was a restaurant.
I booked the hotel because i had a morning flight from Manchester Airport. Only a 6 minute walk so didn't use the hotel's taxis service. Lovely bar and restaurant attached.
