Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Welcoming friendly staff. Excellent location for walking to the castle, restaurants, shops and the river. We paid for a parking spot at the hotel which was very good value, hassle free and well worth reserving. Good choice for breakfast which was delicious. We loved the room upgrade and complementary drinks at the bar. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Room was very comfortable and so convenient for the Castle, restaurants etc. The Hop on Hop Off bus which we could get on just a little walk away took us to many interesting places. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.
