I liked the room, but my mattress needs changing, All the reception staff, three guys and the lady were exceptional. The guy at the restaurant (manager, cooks, bartends, and an amazing host, perhaps from the Islands), Despite the River Thames, the environment was superb. The older fellow and perhaps, the housekeeping supervisor was very helpful as well.

It’s a nice quite hotel for short stay before flying out to Heathrow, amenities are great food at the bar was awesome.
