The food at the hotel restaurant was lovely.
The food at the hotel restaurant was lovely. The chef sources ingredients locally and they have their own garden. It was very up scale for being so far off beaten path. The staff were very friendly and accommodating getting us in for dinner even with our late arrival. The highland cows grazing and view were spectacular. The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet. Just beware that the roads in the area are narrow and winding and at times "single track with passing places" and speed limits are 60mi/hr.TracyCanada - 10Scored 10

Tiny little village, not alot going on unless your part of...
Tiny little village, not alot going on unless your part of the yatching community. There is a small shop which closes quite early on the weekends & a local pub. Great views of Loch Craignish as the village is on it's banks. Bit if your looking for a little more bustle then head off to one of the slighly larger villages. Plenty of walks and countryside.

Nothing was to much trouble, Kirsty in particular made our stay really enjoyable. The room we stayed in was quite small, it was tastefully decorated with great lighting options, the bathroom was a good size, modern and had a fab shower. The bed was a little on the soft side for my liking but we both slept well. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel was very good.
