The place was easy to find and ideal for my itinerary. The breakfast was very good and the evening meal was tasty and filling after a long day. Convenient parking nearby. the staff were accommodating as I arrived later than I had hoped to.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Myself and my partner were only at the hotel for one night but we enjoyed our stay very much. The room decor was a little bit outdated but it was clean so that’s all that matters! The bathroom was spotless also, I was very happy with the room.

We had to travel to Prestwick for our evening meal .As s result we were upgraded to self contained accommodation. This accommodation in the Byre was top class although it wasn’t completely ready for guests.No cutlery/crockery and TV not tuned in.But hot tub was up and running.Also the beds were very comfortable.Disappointed with having to leave hotel and to go looking for restaurants after travelling from N Ireland

Made you feel very relaxed and absolutely nothing was any problem to them. We were guests at a wedding the following day and again they were extremely busy but 100% pleasant , professional and very helpful. The apartment is recently renovated to a very high standard and there are some works being carried out in the grounds at the minute. They were also very pleasant and kept disruption to an absolute minimum. Very pleasant stay and would return again

The work to the hotel and grounds are still very much in progress, thus giving it the feel outside the main building, as a bit of a building site.
