I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Barrière Le Gray d'Albion Hotel, and I must say, it was an experience that went beyond my expectations! Upon discovering that the AC in our room wasn't cool enough, I reached out to the hotel staff. To my surprise, the response was prompt and incredibly courteous. The manager himself, Mr. Pascal, personally attended to the issue and went above and beyond by upgrading me to a wonderful suite, ensuring our stay was comfortable and memorable. The suite was splendid, with all the luxuries one could ask for, and the swift, caring response truly made us feel valued. This gesture wasn’t just about solving a room issue; it was a testament to the Barrière Le Gray d'Albion hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence. Hotel is located right next to the Antibes old city, making access to the seaside, restaurants and bars very quick. Hotel is very stylish, the room was big, bed is very comfortable and the service is great. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. As an addition we decided to use their SPA service and it was worth it - massage and facial were very good and spa facilities are good for relaxation. They offer fresh drinking water at all times and refill bottles free of charge. It is very clean inside and smells lovely. Overall, very happy with the stay here and can recommend it to others.

Excellent location and exceptional service! We stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is simply perfect: right next to the waterfront, surrounded by various shops, cafes, and restaurants. This allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the city's atmosphere. But what really sets this hotel apart is the friendly staff. I especially want to mention Natalia, who not only provided us with full information about local attractions and excursions but also showed us all the amenities of the hotel. When we returned in the evening from our walk, soaking wet from the rain, the guy at the reception helped us dry our clothes and also provided access to the sauna. It was unexpectedly pleasant and very valuable after a long day. We are grateful to all the staff for their care and attention to us. If we find ourselves in Cannes again, we will undoubtedly choose this hotel for our stay. We were satisfied with our short but bright stay, and we are sure that next time our stay will be longer.
