A lovely old hotel in a very nice location. We got a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the ruins of San Pedro. Great value for money with a very nice restaurant and bar on the ground floor.

The location is on the outskirts of Viana. It's a quiet, secure neighbourhood. Parking was on the street and free. Note that it is an uphill walk to the walled historic heart of Viana, c 500 metres. We did not attempt to park in the city but you can drive up there.

The owner was accommodating and prompt in all aspects of booking, communication and checkin. Very clean and comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. I would return here again to stay if I came back to Viana.

I had unstable internet when I booked and therefore had not appreciated the exact location.
