Big and bright rooms, big sofa, could upgrade the room for 30 Euro to an amazing room in 9th floor. Anything above 4th floor is recommended as u then really have unobstructed ocean view.

Nothing beats the view of the sunset from the terrace. The beach was nearby, heated pools, generous breakfast buffet, I liked the recommended guided tours. El Sultan Grill was a decent restaurant nearby but Pizza Restaurant La Plaza in the Centro Comercial Bazar had quite delicious food.

San Augustin is right on 2 beautiful beaches & not so crowded. I stayed at Corallium by Lopssan & this was a hotel right on the beach. Excellent hotel The whole area was quiet with good restaurants & small supermarkets too. I would recommend this place in the south of Grand Canary as the other beaches are very crowded. Good swim beach & very safe too

Not a huge number of great independent restaurants (many as part of hotel) & unlike spain generally they don’t open late (hotels restaurants closed at 9)which caught us out 1 night . Nice one at far end of San Agustin past Corallium Beach hotel under los balcones had good food excellent fish, paella langostines etc . Coupe of places to get wide choices of ice cream. Easy to get to supermarkets, 3 within 4 min walk.
Is a shopping centre with touristy / sone clothes type shops. Quiet area or was at Easter. Plenty of room on beach. 27 degrees so very nice weather. Good beach facilities board walk close to waters edge, taps to wash feet etc.
Great promenade walk way all the way to Maspalomas dunes (5km ish)
Buses are excellent & regular. 1 euro 40 to get to Maspalomas lighthouse / dunes. Plays del Ingres etc so lot in east reach. Bus also goes to capital but get the direct one think number 30 not the others as go everywhere!

The beachfront is really nice and access to a 15k beach walk easy. The cliff walk is fabulous. The town is very quiet but I like it for that reason. It has a shopping centre, restaurants, car hire, beauty shops etc etc. Nothing amazing but perfectly fine. No nightlife though, other than a few bars. But everything you need in terms of excitement is only a cheap taxi ride away in Playa del Ingles!
Great facilities. Nice to have adult only rooftop bar and solarium. Shuttle bus at 10.30 and 11.30 to playa des Inglés and Maspalomas was welcome and lovely walks there. Good shopping centre at bottom of the hill with supermarkets and restaurants. Choice of bars on site. Breakfast was excellent with many options. Room cleaned daily. Nice balcony to sit out. Got the #66 bus from and to the airport easily. Pharmacy and hairdressers on site. Could easily stay in hotel for days.
Clean, fresh and well designed. This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Gran Canaria.
Beautiful bedrooms (highly recommend paying small extra for an ocean view). Absolutely gorgeous views of the sea.
Great assortment of restaurants (both buffet and a la carte) available for both lunch and dinner. Some reviews complain about the food - but we had the opposite experience.
Staff were great everywhere we went. Concierge what’s app service also super idea that worked well.
The rooms were lovely, very clean and totally equipped. They didn't have shampoo and the hairdryer works very slowly, so you may want to bring your own.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We loved using the sister hotel next door and spent most of our time there as it was perfect for children. Food was great and overall a wonderful holiday. Definitely recommend the spa too for a few hours. So relaxing, peaceful and well worth the visit.
Super hotel in a lovely location, right on the beach. Clean rooms, maid service daily, and public areas were spotless, very helpful staff. Sea view was spectacular, buffet breakfast plus options from a cooked menu, pancakes etc.
Entertainment ok but there was something every night at dinner which was a set menu, 5 courses, waiter served. All staff are very smiley and helpful and proud of their quiet, elegant hotel.
I loved the buffet breakfast. The Gloria Palace group provide an exceptional range of foods for all tastes.
The layout of the hotel is excellent. All facilities at a short walk from reception.
A very large number of sun loungers so there was no need to reserve one.
This hotel is of a very high standard and while there is always room for improvement, it is clear that they take all suggestions seriously.
We liked everything. We are usually in 4 or 5 star hotels and dared this one after a recommendation. We weren't disappointed. Also the guests were really well behaved, no pool chair reservations.
Maybe the cocktails could need a little upgrade but the beer and gin tonic etc was great. Food was yummy too! Never knew there are so many ways to cook rice :)
The hotel was amazing from all kinds of aspects. The staff we're friendly, helpful and informative! I really liked having a mini supermarket in the lobby!. The rooms were clean and so comforting! The view of the mountains was exceptional!
If I ever go again to Canaria, Monte Feliz will be my choice again!
Very very friendly staff which helped us very well. They greeted us every morning and made us feel at home.
Good family hotel with lots of kids facilities and fun playgrounds
Large offer of foods and quality was good (not excellent)
Very clean rooms, restaurant, reception
Good location - in front of a beach.
Swimming pool and leisure area in hotel.
Good brakfast, with wide choice of food.
Option to park a car without a charge.
Walking distance to restaurants.
Spacious room with a balcony.
Friendly and polite staff.
I don’t know who was kinder. The cleaners or the waitresses, everybody is talking with a big smile in the hotel. We were really impressed how welcomes we felt. And the breakfast choices were one of the widest and bests we ever experienced.
Thank you.
The reception staff were excellent, and so accomodating that it was the only reason that kept me from booking somewhere else on the island. The fotos of the hotel on your site were enticing, but the reality was just the reverse.
Calm location with walking distance (10min) to the beach and restaurants...San Agustin is not so big location compared to Maspalomas, but compared to the other location (Puerto Rico) we loved this place much more.
Great location in a quiet community in San Agustin. The house was recently renewed. The pictures are what you get. Beautiful.
We had great experience with hosts. Extremely responsive.
Very recommended!
Spectacular views, great location right off the beach. More than 10km walks from the hotel along the beautiful beaches to Maspalomas. The rooms were good, nice size and set up.
Stunning sea view beach place with all that you need for a perfect stay. The property management is responsive to your needs. We went to San Agustin 3 times already.
Location was great,, food was delicious and fresh with variety and good for vegetarians too. Very clean hotel. Plenty of sunbeds, the entertainment was just right.
