Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and cozy. Pool area was not overcrowded so we always had sunbeds available. There is also a nice play area for the kids. Dinner options were also changing each day and food quality was quite good. Gluten free options were available for breakfast upon request. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

I loved the relaxed feel of Portocolom. It's such a beautiful place and very easy to get around. I would not recommend if you are looking for bustling nightlife! I wasn't, so it was just perfect and I will definately be going back for that very reason. I can highly recommend two restaurants; Marsal which is beside the beach and also Ses Portadores, facing the harbour. The nearby beach, Cala Marčal is so beautiful and in the opposite direction, again only minutes away, is a lovely harbour, which is perfect to go for a nice morning walk. I fell in love with this area for so many reasons.

We were in Cala Marsal - a 10-20 minute walk to Portocolom.
Plenty of restaurants and a lovely beach bar - recommend El Baul and Restaurant Marsal. Beach bar makes excellent breakfast, coffees and cocktails. Pizzeria la Pizza is dine in and takeaway
Sunbeds with a safe on the sunshade
Safe, clean beach with lifeguards, shower and toilets
Gets very busy at weekends but enough space if renting sunbeds isn't wanted

Porto colom is a very quiet and relaxing area, ideal for couples of all ages, there are lots of restaurants located by the harbour but there is also a few by the beach (Cala marsal) and on the main road down to the beach. One of the restaurants by the beach often has live music, the only downside to this beautiful area are the steep hill or steps down to the beach if you have mobility issues, but it didn’t stop us taking walks as there are plenty of benches to rest and take in the clean air and breathtaking views , this was our 16th visit to Porto colom and it won’t be our last, we are already making plans for our 17th .

Portocolom has the beautiful Cala Marsal and the bay with a port. It doesn't have too many hotels lined up so that it still feels like a nice little town.
The restaurant Kaikuana Beach right next to the Cala Marsal is lovely. You can look at the sea and enjoy an excellent dorada.
The location was perfect, stunning views all round, All the staff were exceptional, welcoming and helpful, nothing was to much and would go above and beyond to help. This was our 16th visit to porto colom but our 1st visit to JS cape colom, out of all the hotels we have stayed at this is the most outstanding, we would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet and child free holiday. Thank you to everyone that made us feel welcome.
What an absolute gem! The house is beautiful and tastefully traditionally decorated. The room was very spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I woke up to the morning sky and the sound of the birds. Breakfast was plenty and you could order additional dishes from the kitchen. Just a few minutes drive from Portocolom making it easy to explore and then retreat to a quiet home at the end of the day. Great value for money!
The house was well equipped and we enjoyed the sunlight in the lovely garden. The kitchen has all amenities you need for cooking. The key handover was very easy, there's a key box and the agent give you a code so you can check-in even during the night. Very good service. The situation of the house is excellent, a few minutes to the beach and Portocolom town. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house!
The entrance corridor and room were freshly decorated, contemporary and very clean. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant attached to the hotel was beautiful to look at, although we didn't eat there. Portocolom is a lovely, low-key, peaceful town. A handful of good restaurants overlooking the huge harbour. Great for a wander with a big marina and a lot of lovely buildings, but not at all touristy.
Beautiful location - couple of minutes from nice beach with restaurant/bar. The villa itself is wonderful and modern - that is place which you dont want to leave. The villa offers pool, garage, grill and etc which makes it even more attractive.
The owner is very friendly and glad to help if any questions. Our stay was very memorable.
This place is perfect!
It’s very peacefull and you can enjoy your hollidays. It’s very close to Portocolom and tou have many supermarkets there.
Luís, the owner, it’s great!!!! He recomended us places to eat and they were right on spot 👌🏻 He is very very helpuful
Trust me, this place is a 10/10 and I 100% recomend it 😀
Beautiful property with very friendly staff.
Great pool.
Free upgrade to our room to a two bed two bath large townhouse set up.
Quiet, very dark with shutters closed to sleep in if you want to.
Cute cats and a family of geese on property.
Close to Portocolom and local restaurants but do need a car.
The hotel was great, 10 minutes walk to Cala Marcal, pleasant atmosphere, apartment with an amazing view, but very cold in the room, we had to ask for an electric heater in the first week of April. There is nothing to do in the area, but the hotel restaurant has good food.
One of the best stays I had in my lifetime. The hotel room is amazing, very cozy and everything looks so clean and new. Swimming pool area is great for kids (I don't have any, but I've seen many having lots of fun). No words to describe breakfast and dinner.
Great location, room with small kitchen, so very suitable for preparing snacks for trips. Had corner room with see view. Nice stuff. Very good price / performance ratio. I recommend this accomodation. Will come back whenever i visit Mallorca.
Beautifully designed hotel in a peaceful location. A serene, calm oasis from the moment you walk in. Comfortable and stylish bedrooms, and communal spaces. Friendly, efficient and unobtrusive staff. Couldn’t fault it. Absolutely superb.
Very well-thought details, all very new and good design. A hiccup with air conditioning not working in our room but was handled perfectly by the staff. Highly recommend. Friendliest staff ive ever met in a hotel.
I liked the SPA area, the pool and terrace, the surroudings, the views are amazing from the top floor and also from the terrace. The hotel facilities are very clean. The hotel has a great location.
Apartments/rooms located in a building belonging to the second row of houses at beach. Small sections of beach visible from balcony through gaps between houses of first row.
The apartment was great, clean, everything was working properly, comfortable beds, wi-fi working perfectly and good location, the nearest beach was beautiful 😊
