The whole property is beautiful and a little gem in Jalon. Breakfast was lovely and fresh especially after a run. Our room was a wonderful size, all extremely clean and comfortable. Location in centre of Jalon and easy to walk to anywhere in the town.

It's literally the best hotel. Cannot rate it highly enough, the rooms are amazing, views breathtaking, food delicious, facilities excellent. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff, I felt like they were my friends towards the end of our stay. They are the kindest, hardest working people (Alecia is an angel). It's also great and motivating being around like-minded athletes. You can really tell the owner is an ex pro cyclist, he has thought about every detail. If I could I would live and work there haha.
