The quiet, but perfect central location and the staff who are so kind and welcoming. To find a sympathetically restored and modernised boutique hotel, bang in the centre of the old town that is an oasis of peace and tranquillity is an exceptional thing. Will definitely return when visiting again as our #1 choice. Gracias!

What a fantastic experience with Diego as our host! His authentic hospitality was truly refreshing and made our stay unforgettable. Not only did he greet us with a warm welcome, but his humor added a fun and lively atmosphere to our time there. Moreover, the in-depth conversations we had with him were really enriching. Not only did Diego demonstrate a deep understanding of his surroundings, but he also shared valuable insights that made our trip even more fascinating. Also Rianne was top! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is amazing, the beds are really comfy, the service is impeccable.

The little "castle" is beautiful and creates a very convenient atmosphere, I think. The view is great from the rooms all the way on the top of the building. There are no evelvators, but we didn't need them. Checkin was easy, there are lots of parking opportunities. The drive from Alcudia to the castle is around 10 minutes by car along serpentines.

Not really for older visitors not wanting sun, the beach and endless beachside drinking and dining opportunities. The city of Alcudia itself is very interesting, but now over-filled with huge outdoor dining opportunities catering wholly for British visitors. We didn't need restaurants where the first thing the waiters do (when you can get them to serve you) is explain what the bottles of olive oil and vinegar on the table are there for. Puerto d'Alcudia itself is huge and evidently ideal for large family groups, enjoying the enormous beach and safe swimming, and night-time drinking and dining. Any impression that you might actually be in Spain at the same time would be a welcome bonus!

Alcudia is a small well kept historical village.
Alcudia is a small well kept historical village. Some of the beaches nearby are stunning. You need some form of transportation, better a bike or a scooter. car was ok now in the low season. The town outside the old walls is of no or very limited interest. There are some easy bike paths around Alcudia. For the more adventurous there is the road to Cape Formentor (better with electric bikes)

Alcudia is a lovely town, particularly the old town with its superbly maintained city walls and gateways. The old town is a maze of narrow lanes and paths, and the architecture is fantastic. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants dotted around and whilst clearly tourist aimed, many nice shops. The town gets very busy on market day (Tuesday), so best to visit and explore at off-peak times. If in the town, make sure you visit the remains of the Roman settlement of Pollentia, its a fascinating attraction.

Alcudia Old Town was a really beautiful place.
Alcudia Old Town was a really beautiful place. Lots of little streets with lovely shops, restaurants & cafes plus a market. Parking was easy and free.
The far end of Alcudia was very nice and there were plenty of restaurants to eat at. It was lovely to sit and eat your meal overlooking the beach. The centre of Alcudia where it’s really built up wasn’t so nice, very touristy and a bit run down, we just avoided that area.

A lovely old town, very picturesque and fairly free of traffic. Quite busy, particularly on market days. Most of the restaurants provide mediocre fare which is overpriced. I recommend a couple of tapas places on the outer parts of the town - Merlet and also Es Raco de Ronda.
We arrived in a taxi from the bus station and the checking was easy. Our room had a beautiful seaview. The pool is across the road. You have many sunbeds. There is a beach a few steps away. The hotel caters a lot for English people.
The breakfast was excellent and dinner was good.
The staff in the dining room did an excellent. You can walk in 20 minutes to town and then take the bus 324 to The most beautiful Alcudia beach. The bus 322 take you to Formentor and Pollenza and the A32 to the airport.
We really enjoyed our short stay at Son Siurana. The staff was so lovely and helpful and we felt like we were part of the family. Our apartment was spacious and clean. Breakfast is served on a large terrace with views of the beautiful landscape. You also have the option of a dinner. The grounds are well maintained and we loved watching the sheep. The pool area was never crowded during our stay. As the hotel is situated outside of Alcudia we would recommend renting a car.
Tucked away in a lush, beautifully manicured finca just minutes from Alcudia center, Son Siurana was exceptional. The breakfast was delicious and the details in the styling of the rooms, cleanlinesses of the property, and incredible customer service. Tania was delightful as was Sonia and our lovely male waiter. Everyone made us feel at home with their warm welcomes and consistent kindness throughout our stay. This is the only hotel I will book in Mallorca.
Very beautiful small hotel in a historical building! Friendly staff, delicious coffee and breakfast. Señora from the reception was waiting for me there when I arrived to Alcudia. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Cosy bathroom. Beautiful terracito. There was few dust in the corners and under the bed but the rest was clean. The room is a bit dark, but it didn’t disturb me. It was a very special stay, I felt a bit like a princess in a castle!
We met the host when we arrived. Lucia was amazing, she arranged airport transfers for us too, much cheaper than we could find elsewhere. The apartment was so clean and Lucia had arranged for a travel cot and high (for our 1 year old child). Location was great, right near the beach and facilities in the apartment were great. We did a lot of cooking and it had hobs, oven, pots, pans, coffee machine, fridge/freezer. Would definitely go again
The property was refreshingly designed with an old world yet modern feel. We loved being so close to restaurants and little nooks of Alcudia that were so quaint. Small details were provided that went a long way. Having a water filling station and coffee station in the lobbies was so helpful. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. And we LOVED having the breakfast in the mornings, great options, simple and delicious!
Beautifully decorated and laid out hotel. Pool was lovely to swim in and the Bali beds and loungers were nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Loved that the location was in a quieter area of Alcudia right near the beach and because we had a hire car it was easy to get around. Breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve ever had! Nice big bed in the hotel room and rainfall shower.
It is a beautiful boutique hotel located inside the old town of Alcudia. It is meticulously clean. The service, although somewhat limited compared to larger properties, was exceptional. The facility feels like a newer renovation, of a vintage property, that is super charming and conveniently located to explore the towns in this area of the island.
Perfect location, very clean with everything you need. Just a few meters away from a lovely part of the beautiful Alcudia sand beach. Perfect for families, we stayed there with our kids. A bit away from the main port makes this location nice and a bit quieter , but still close enough to walk there for restaurants and shops.
Excellent location - in the heart of Alcudia Old Town
Excellent restaurant next door to the hotel - must book in advance, it's always fully booked (we hadn't, so had to wait for a table at 9pm... a bit late but it was totally worth it!
Excellent breakfast
Nice hotel located in the historic center of alcudia. Restaurants and free parking are about 2min walk.
Owners and their staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great.
Furnishings are coordinated down to the last detail, thats cool :)
- Excellent facilities
- Adult zone, lap pool, spa
- Great breakfast
- Location, literally across the road to the sea & naturę reserve, close to Alcudia & Port Pollensa
- Doesn’t feel overwhelming despite its size
- Landscape design
Great location and wonderful room - comfortable bed and lots of space; nice bathroom. Wish it were not so hot as we could have sat in the terrace. And importantly, air conditioning that works well!
We liked the bar in the evenings, the swimming pool with its sun beds was very nice, and the room was functional. We used the bikes or our car to go to Alcudia old town and we walked to the beach.
The host was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very varied and home made. Alcudia is a charming town and the hotel a very characterful 17th century building.
Excellent boutique hotel, superb staff with good advice and recommendations. Parking available in safe public and free lot about 100 mt away from hotel. Highly recommended!
Beautiful hotel with an amazing staff! They all went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We felt very welcome! The breakfast buffet was top notch.
Beautiful house right in the heart of a city centre on a quaint little street. Pool was a bonus to cool down in the mallorcan heat. The host was lovely!
