This is an excellent hotel in great condition. Most rooms have a balcony and walk-in shower. Location is outside the historic centrum but there is a underground station (U-Bahn) next to the hotel. This station is called Nordfriedhof and there is a direct line (U6) to Marienplatz in the historic centrum. This takes aprox 8 min and the frequency of the U-Bahn is very high, i.e you don't have to bother knowing the time table due to the frequency of the U-Bahn. There is a bakery and agrocery store in same building as the hotel.

The location was good, the staff was supportive and friendly. We asked for crib for our 9 month baby(which was not needed later as 2 queen size beds were provided, which was more than enough) and electric kettle, which they provided at reception. Room was spacious and clean when we arrived. Overall it was good stay.
