Everything is wonderful here: very well-maintained throughout the hotel from lobby, corridors, elevator to fitness/wellness area & room, great awesome breakfast, garage parking, feeding bowls & even snacks for our two lil‘ dogs (additional €25 cleaning fees for our 2N-stay w/ our pets) as well as the always friendly personnel & their superb service. On check-in the lovely & thoughtful hotel staff also left a choco box w/ birthday greetings note in our room (upgraded, thank you!) as a pleasant surprise for my husband because we were there to celebrate the occasion. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for the nice & comfortable stay. :)

The breakfast was excellent with many choices and the staffs always come in for refill. The kids loved the pancake machine the most. The location is very convenient, we are few steps away from the alstadt. The hotel is also really quiet, great for family.

Great location with a quick 10 min walk to the city centre. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and dog in the family suite. The rooms were sound proof which was a plus when our Littles got a bit noisy and I knew no one was being disturbed. The breakfast was really good as well. They even accommodated us an extra night.
