I had a lovely room, and slept so well. It was clean comfortable, warm with tea and coffee facilities and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. This was my second or third stay and I really like this hotel, great situation, tram is about 3 mins walk away, reasonable price, helpful staff and a lovely clean room and bathroom. I will definitely stay again.

The rooms were neat and orderly but a little dimly lit for nighttime reading. There was only one soap provided for body and hair to wash. I wish that was mentioned in other reviews so I could have brought my own soap. The breakfast was excellent, filling and well cared for. Everything was tidy and chilled as it should be. The women who was on staff the day that I came was extremely friendly and so helpful. She printed directions for me, helped me with the key, told me the easiest ways to travel around Berlin. An all around excellent member of staff(possibly owner). The location was vital to my business stay and I enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood and surrounding area. There were shops, restaurants, grocery stores and more located within easy walking distance.
