Not the hotel at fault but did not realize there would be a much road and rail noise. Didn't read the map closely enough, facilities and comfort was very good

There was no breakfast provided but the self-service cafeteria where we can buy hot and cold drinks from the machine. There're also glasses, cuteries and micro-wave machine as well. The room was really quiet, not too big, not too small.

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, everything was great from our arrival. We were welcomed with a glass of wine in the sofa by the chimney during check in. We then stayed for excellent dinner at their restaurant La Torre - delicious pasta and tiramisù. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade cake, warm crunchy bread, and a cook who prepared eggs on the spot - would recommend the omelette. Staff members were really friendly! After a day of skiing in Zermatt, we could relax at the spa area, which was quiet and very well equipped (2 dry saunas, 1 humid sauna, jacuzzis, showers, an area for reading). Wish we would have stayed longer at this great hotel! Promised ourselves we will be back soon - grazie, merci for the stay Grächerhof!

The people in the hotel were really pleasant and tried their best to please us. Always polite, smiling and also accommodating specificities out of the dinner menu.

Hotel Alpha is located at the entrance of Grächen, just a 1-minute walk from the Hannigalp cable car. All rooms have a balcony. WLAN is available in the public areas.

Simple hotel run with a lot of heart and generosity by a friendly local family. Will def. book again. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bedding and mattress were exceptionally comfortable. Great buffet breakfast served from 8am with a self-serve coffee machine that makes any type of coffee one likes. Very quiet. Seems to have a lovely terrace (which I didn't use as was there only briefly). Parking is tricky in Grächen village, so I made use of the Alpha's paid parking 1 min away (CHF 6/night).

Beds were really comfortable. Views were amazing. Chrisdolph and team were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner there and the-menu was well thought out, delicious and plentiful.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a standard double room which was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely view. The balcony was nice. Breakfast was good, plenty of it. A wider range of cooked options would have been nice. The restaurant was lovely, nice varied menu with good straightforward options, child friendly.
