All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The room was comfortable. I was even able to turn off the fan, which is not an option at some hotels! The price was reasonable.

Mini fridge was "warm". Could not keep drinks cold. Water pressure in shower was weak and unstable. Need to pay $10 extra for parking.
On the other hand, suite is spacious and clean. Staff are generally friendly.

My favourite place was the shopping malls and less than 2 mins work to the bus stop. There were various restaurants. So I eat at McDonald's and a Chinese restaurant. Yes, it was so easy to move around from the near bus stop is less than 2mins walks to less than 15mins walk to various shops in Markham.

Overall, it was fine.
Overall, it was fine. It fulfills the need for a comfortable place to stay. And the meal I had from the restaurant was tasty.
I didn't check out the pool and sauna, so I can't speak about those.
The room was comfortable but dated and the hallway leading to the rooms on my floor are very dimly lit.
The location seems off the beaten path, but it's close to the highway and quiet.
If your looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, and you don't have lofty expectations, this hotel will do you.

Dirty room with dog hair all over the furniture, clearly this room was not cleaned adequately. Wiped everything down with Lysol wipes. No fresh towels were given and garbages were not emptied, especially the ones by the elevators, which one of two was out of service, where people disposed of their dog’s waste. The hall smelled like a dirty washroom. Charged for parking and my car was stolen the first night. They ‘graciously’ waved the parking…..for my stolen car. Worst stay I have ever experienced.

Your hotel is in desperate need of a total makeover including the staff. Furnishings are Overused and the bed frame was filthy with God knows what all over it. Chairs are at least 20 years old And the carpets were horrifying. Your housekeeping staff looks grossly overworked ( No fault of theirs). Positive points for your updated bathrooms. There is no evidence of security in the evening hours and we made sure we did not leave our room after dark.

fire alarm went off during the night with no explanation,...
fire alarm went off during the night with no explanation, kept going off for 1/2 an hour. never told to go back to room. had trouble sleeping after that when WE decided to go back to bed. I had to do a rally the next day and it was tough with no sleep. they would not do anything about the ignorance because we used booking.com
When complained of the musky smell from initial room, hotel staff asked us to wait while they examine our complaints. Then asked us if we wanted to wait for their clean spray - I bluntly replied "No, change the room". I don't understand why the hotel staff would want us to wait for their chemical spray?
Then they offered us to choose other rooms, which I found those rooms smell just as same (musky odor).
The modern decor, pool, gym, mini fridge in room, 4 minutes away from Toronto transit that runs frequently and the highway is 1 minute away, Tim Hortons, 2 major banks close by, quiet area, friendly and accommodating staff and it is quiet. Strong WIFI. A/C works well. Can hook up laptop to TV with HDMI cable to watch Netflix and Prime TV. Secure access to my floor (need room card to use elevator).
Always an amazing stay at Hilton, super luxurious, very clean, delicious room service and we were in a deluxe suite which was incredibly spacious! Despite a very busy weekend for the hotel itself with a few weddings going on, the service continued to impress and stay at its highest standard!
The hotel is nice. The front desk staff so very friendly. We were very happy when we get there until I was going to use the shower towel. There a piece of short hair stick on it... Then next morning a mother long golden hair been fine on the bed sheets...
We loved everything about our stay at the hotel. It was mins away from Canada Wonderland a very convenient location for all our needs. The hotel was clean and extremely comfortable. The staff was fabulous and the restaurant food was great.
Location was far from Toronto Zoo and Ripleys but thats okay. We had the car. Breakfast was good, had good selection. Room was clean, all utensils in order and available. Lovely tables. Best sleep! Best stay for a long time!
the hotel was extremely noisy - other guests running up and down the corridor and partying very loudly. staff were totally ineffective in stopping it, and refused to offer another room. do not stay here.
The staff was super friendly. Great for parking, it was clean and comfy. While it isnt central to downtown Toronto there were lots of restaurants and shops to explore and discover.
Outstanding room: it was really like an apartment. Very comfortable. Free breakfast was an added bonus. There are a couple of restaurants 20 paces from the hotel.
Indeed a cosy place to stay with fair price, running by a lovely couple, recommend to ppl looking for a place to stay but don't wanna be ripped off by hotels.
Everyone is very good and welcoming to us. All the staffs are very polite. They made everything easy for us starting from day 1. The hotel is also very clean.
A comfortable place to stay on the outskirts of Toronto. The room was spacious enough and was well furnished and decorated. The area is peaceful and safe.
