The breakfast was superb and rooms were great. But the star of the show is the Lady owner, she was so friendly and welcoming and we had some great chats in English (which she will say she is rubbish at, but the reality is her English is brilliant)

Room was nice (but because I was a last minute booking they hadn't had time to do a final check and there were a lot of dead flies on the windowsills)

Location and connection with Tour of Flanders was brilliant. Breakfast was excellent and staff on hand for omelettes, which was amazing.

Beautifully renovated farm, swim pond, great breakfast (though could make better use of the wide variety of breads available in Belgium), comfortable beds, effective shutters.
