I was blown away by the quality of the accomodation. Everything was clean and beautiful. Most of the motels in town are not this nice. The staff were all amazing. So friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will be back!

When i visited Yamba is was hammering down with rain which i guess is unusual. It made my short stay a bit bland as the beach was off and the town was very wet. However, i noticed two very busy restaurants, a nice little collection of shops and takeaways. a few drinking holes etc. Id say when the sun is shining it looks a 100% more appealing.
Im told the surfing is great but not my thing. wortha visit if youre a surfer or just travelling up the coast. lots of waterways, pelicand, wildlife.
Its just off the highway so easy access and when youre there you feel like youre in the middle of nowhere so that works!
Worth a trip for 2-4 days in my opinion.

Yamba is the most delightful place, I would live there if I could. Everything is so convenient. Restaurants are great, and I very rarely come home without a new pair of shoes - the shoe shop is excellent.

Yamba is lovely, beaches, fishing, golf, there is plenty to do . Be very careful where you stay , that is the key. The sands is great, be wary of the Cove, please note they are owned by the same organisation, I am just being honest.

I only stayed overnight on my way from QLD to VIC so didn't get to see much of the town. It seemed like a nice little seaside town though and would have loved to be able to stay longer to explore it.

Thank you.
Thank you. We stayed in the apartment and loved every minute. You have thought of all the little extras . Would have stayed longer but already booked. 100% we will be back. Very quick to respond, helpful and pleasant to deal with. ❤️

Every room is individually owned , so may have different decor or supplies in them. Also bring your own coffee as you only get 2 Nescafe pods . Coffee plunger is available at front desk .
Property is within walking distance of restaurants and town .Bus service close to hotel.
Swimming pool is small but nice to cool off in .
Staying at this lovely home was an absolute delight. The peaceful neighbourhood provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, while the house itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the convenient location, just minutes from town and beaches, yet tucked away to enjoy quiet evenings. The thoughtful amenities like the outdoor deck, coffee machine, PS4 and kids' essentials made our stay truly special. Highly recommend for a memorable Yamba getaway.
Location, location, location. Perched on the hill in Yamba, the hotel delivers on views and access to the beach. While the rooms are very basic (the bunk bed one was) it’s hard to get past the view in morning of the sun rising over the Pacific Ocean.
Shared bathrooms are clean and basic, but you’re not paying for 5 star facilities either. A plus is the bar / restaurant downstairs and that view ……
Worth it for that alone!
We really enjoyed our stay in Yamba, the location was very convenient when you travel with a car & the rooms were cozy and clean. The staff was super helpful: We were able to check in early and leave a bit later on check-out day. This was really great! Also the facilities are awesome, there's a big BBQ with all the utensils you need, a tennis court and a pool. Really recommend staying here!
Pleasantly located in a quiet suburb close to Yamba. The house is delightfully roomy and furnished in a modern/classic way and has all the amenities one would like. There is a small garden at the rear of the house has a trampoline and a swing for the kids. A washing machine and dryer add to practical side if one plans for a longer stay.
We were unable to stay at Lighthouse Unit 2 in June 2022 due to being uninhabitable to to water damage from a leaking roof. We were told by property manager Yamba Iluka real estate it had been damaged in March and had not been able to get fixed due to bad weather and would take a significant time to dry out then be repaired.
Our business trip stay at the Mobydick Resort was truly exceptional. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment that offered the perfect blend of comfort and functionality, with spacious interior and high ceilings. The attentive staff further elevated our experience, making it a great choice for our work related travels.
This resort is across the road from Pippi's Beach. A great location to walk to Angourie via the coast. 1.5 hrs each way casually. It's about a 15 min walk into the main street of Yamba. Apartment feels large with big balcony, lounge/kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Location is excellent, good views and close to the beach and central Yamba. Unit was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and offered us the manager's parking spaces as the parking is very tight and our spaces were hard to access.
The location is breathtaking, sweeping views of the sea in an old-style hotel which has recently been done up (at least our 'signature rooms' were very nice - maybe not all the rooms as the bar area and other aspects seemed pretty dated!)
Spacious and has a separate lounge/dining area and bonus patio (which would have been quite nice if it wasn't raining all day/week). Pretty solid accommodation. Big shout out to the staff who gave us really good recommendations!!
Loved our stay at Yamba Central.
Rooms were clean, cool and comfortable for four. Communal bathrooms very clean.
Easy check in -out,
Great location.
Highly recommend.
