I spoke with someone yesterday afternoon at Baudins to say we would check in after 7:30 and would get the key from the lock box, as we did a year earlier. When we arrived, there was no key. I called the number listed on the door to find out someone else had our room. Not happy, we were directed to another house/cottage around the corner and told to go back to Baudins for breakfast. We were not prepared to leave our accommodation and go to another just for breakfast. We could have only black tea or coffee where we stayed as there was no milk, we were not provided with breakfast. We would like a refund for the breakfast and shoddy service
