Trentham East is a lovely town to visit, there is a bit of everything to see, markets, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and just driving around looking at old time houses. Trentham has huge farmlands nice and green, beautiful forests and driving at night you see the odd kangaroo, rabbit and wombat walking around. We had dinner at The Pig and Whistle which is under new management and the meals we had we absolutely delicious .....we will drive from Melbourne again just for dinner as we have done before. People of Trentham are friendly and welcoming...we will be back.
