I have always liked Mundaring, and after a couple of days staying there I fell in love. It has a great vibe, trendy but still rural enough to feel like you’re away from the city and hustle bustle! Nice shops and cafe Mojo was great too! The yarn bombing around the town was a delight!! We enjoyed the sculpture park and the kids playground is excellent for those travelling with children. We visited some good op-shops and enjoyed a little drive around the main area.

Lots of things to do in the Perth Hills - including fruit picking, wineries, water park, bush walking, out door cinema and Mundaring Weir. I turned this into a relaxing holiday by getting massages on two of the three days I stayed. Great place to unwind and enjoy nature and activities.

I love the hiking trails around Mundaring.

I love the hiking trails around Mundaring. A visit to the Mundaring Weir is always beautiful and it's lovely to see so much water in there at this time of the year. The Mundaring Hotel was a nice place to eat and sit in the sunshine. Everything you need is in town, the shops and cafes are lovely. Loads of parks for the kids and grown-ups alike. It's a great place to visit if you like getting out in nature.

Great bit of state history placed in the great darling hills. Plenty to do if your an outdoors type of person with plenty to look at and walk trails. Could easily spend a week exploring the area around the Weir on its own. Easy to get around.

The chalet had been recently renovated and everything felt crisp and clean. Loved the small additions of fresh flowers, coffee pods and hot chocolate and marshmallows. This was a great base to start the day and then head out for some hiking. Close to the Mundaring Pub The Lavender Patch exceeded our expectations. Thanks for having us, Janet.

It was the first time we stayed in a family hotel. The room was clean, tidy, warm and romantic. Like any other hotel, it had everything we needed. Unlike other hotels, this is more like home. Thank you very much for everything the landlord did for us.

The hotel had an area for the kids to play basketball and ride around on their scooters. you can see how amazing the hotel COULD be but it must have been years ago that it was last up to any kind of hygiene standards.
