Well-appointed room that was very good value for money. Good sized room. This is the third time I have stayed at this motel over a 7 year period, so obviously happy with it.
Located in central Lithgow, Bowen Inn Motel is a great base to explore the Blue Mountains National Park and Jenolan Caves. Guests can enjoy an onsite bar and restaurant.

Such an amazing location to relax and switch off. Rooms were very comfortable with beautiful views. Staff were very accomodating if anything was needed.
It's a nice little town. Great eating options as there are cafes and fast food outlets. The Woolworth had everything we wanted. Didn't get the chance to visit Lithgow small arms though. Lake Lyell is not far away and well worth the visit. Would be a good base to visit the 4WD tracks around.

Was only there one night .
Was only there one night .
Got a room at the back .
Was much better as a way from the car traffic .
The hot water for the shower was great .
And the heater was on low that made the room
Nice and warm .
Only issue was the bed wasn't comfy .

Lithgow like most small NSW country towns was ok.
Lithgow like most small NSW country towns was ok. Nothing that stands out of the ordinary, although I must mention that the folks were very friendly and would smile, greet you and make you feel like a local.

Lithgow is a delightful town.
Lithgow is a delightful town. Lots of interesting parks, shops and the Japanese Bath House - must visit! Must also visit Hassans Walls lookout and reserve. The Blast Furnace Park is another interesting and beautiful park to visit, with a walking track around the lake and wetlands. Well worth a visit.

Very cold town, only visit as father in law lives there. Good location for anyone wishing to visit the blue mountains and a good location for day trips to Mudgee and the wineries or to Bathurst for a lap around Mount Panorama.

Great food & atmosphere at the worries club, the wedding we came for at seclusions was a stunning landscape & we visited Hartley vale which is absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately Public toilets are automatically locked at night.
The room was spacious and very comfortable. Parking was right at the door. The management were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a short drive from shops etc., but the onsite restaurant provided a good choice for dinner ( we had lovely meals-the best local sausages and chicken and veg SriLankan curry) and good choice for breakfast.
room was clean as was bathroom.
Bathroom was almost new but shower head a bit irritating as it kept moving
pillows were terrible - very clean but very very thin
no spare blanket - do not like to sleep with the heater on but Lithgow is cold and there was no spare blanket
overall room was clean, location was quiet and value was good
The motel is attached to the Club. Parking facilities are great. Very happy with our accommodation experience. From what we saw, it was probably the best choice in Lithgow, Whilst situated away from the main street, it is easy walking distance town,
The room was comfortable, warm and spacious, and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I ate three times in the restaurant and the food was good. If I need to return to Lithgow for work, I would stay at the Zig Zag again. Many thanks.
The hotel is lovely, and the large king room was great. Nice size bathroom. Good outlook from the from the front, with tables and chairs on the verandah. Water bottles were a nice touch, and very welcome. Very quiet rooms.
We ended up taking a lot longer getting to Lithgow than we planned, and the reception staff were so helpful in allowing us to check in quite late, making our trip so much less stressful than it could have been.
Comfortable base for exploring the Lithgow region, and there's a lot to explore. ZigZag was comfortable, and the microwave in the room was a bonus, allowing us to self-cater in these covid times.
The host is amazing! Very accommodating to every needs which compensate completely the minimalist environment! The place has its own chic and style. Good for the budget travelling!
Very comfortable motel, the managers were absolutely lovely, food at the restaurant was great, I needed a late check out and this was accommodated without any problems.
Very tidy and modern little spot to stay in Lithgow was perfect for our family, was laid out well for a wheelchair user too which is always a plus for us
