Everything, this is quintessentially a classic B&B, with all the trimmings. Great hosts, really friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Bed was really comfy great shower pressure, and fantastic local produce round off a cracking breakfast. This is my 2nd visit, won't be the last.

The property location was fantastic. Hosts Maria & Wayne are absolutely delightful. The Terrace room was large, spacious and the attention to detail impeccable. The bed was large and comfortable. Carolyn made us feel very welcome during our stay, the accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable set within beautiful gardens. She was also very informative about what to see and do in the Huon Valley. The Kiln Eatery, on site, made us a very tasty breakfast, (using thick old fashioned bacon) and serves great coffee. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay, rest, eat and explore the picturesque Huon Valley.

Franklin is a great base to explore along the Huon River. There are many great surprises to be found when taking a casual drive and so many wonderful places to eat! So many little parks that are also great for picnics. Great fresh fruit can be purchased at any number of roadside stops. Very picturesque!
