arriving at the lodge bellingen was a pleasant surprise: the facilities are very-well kept and our room was spacious and tastefully furnished. we in particular liked the beautiful pool area (what more do you need than sun, a good book and a bottle of rosé) and were very well-looked after by the manager on site. we would go back anytime.

Great location with a lovely view. It was quiet and peaceful, lovely listening to the native birds. Room of average size but had what I needed. Owner was friendly and provided brochures and info about Bellingen.

What’s not to like!? The location is excellent - close to Bellingen but not in the thick of it, RIGHT on the river on a gorgeous leafy property. The home is quite something - lovely high ceiling, very well-equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms, great recreational facilities and an EXCEPTIONAL host who really went above and beyond to do whatever she could to make our stay wonderful.

The castle was amazing and so unique. It was a terrific place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The swimming hole was so lovely. The water was crystal clear and deep. It was idyllic.

The perfect disconnect we needed. Slowed down and listened to the black cockatoos while bathing in a steaming hot bath under the stars. OMG, just what we needed. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.
The accomodation was perfect in quality of
design and fabrication with European hospitality providing a welcome on arrival I.e. fruit, wine, milk and eggs in fridge. Quality coffee,tea and oils all to hand with modern coffee machine. Superb!
