I loved the service provided by staff. I had a taxi organised by staff for an event and it did not turn up,including my Uber. But thankfully the staff member dropped me to my event after her work.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was wonderful to have a balcony and individual air conditioning units. It was fantastic to have a friendly bistro downstairs as it was pouring all night so we could get a DELICIOUS dinner without having to go outside. Also I had left my phone charger at home and the lovely girl at reception lent me one for the night.
