The staff upon arrival were efficient and friendly. We'd paid for a budget room so felt that the standard was acceptable. The position of the motel for our stay was excellent, in great proximity to the train station and shopping strip, easy to find on the highway, while also quiet. The room was quite clean and had all the basics expected.

Great location. Clean and reasonable. We were placed in a room towards the front and it was a bit noisy due to loud music coming from a bar. We asked to move and they moved us to a room at the back of hotel with no problems which was really quiet.

This motel was conveniently located to the venue of the event I was attending. The room was clean and comfortable although dated, it was showing definite signs of its age and could do with a renovation. TV worked but not had problems. For me it suited my purpose and I would stay there again. Being so close to a plethora of Asian restaurants within walking distance made it better

Easy walking distance to Koornang Road with lots of cheap eats and Carnegie train station. Short drive or uber to Chadstone shopping centre. Three generous sized queen bedrooms with very comfy beds plus one smaller single room. Great central heating for cold evenings and mornings. Prompt communication with the hosts and very flexible about check in and out times. Free on street parking.

Beautiful location right near the Carnegie centre, walking distance for sure. Owners were absolutely amazing and very lenient with checking in early as we didn’t know Melbourne well and wanted to be able to get there when we needed to. They were very lovely and friendly when messaging, would for sure stay here again! Amazing pricing for what we got!

Perfect Location for our purpose and very reasonably priced. The Gentleman at reception was very helpful and all staff were very friendly. They were working around the establishment painting, fixing things and our room was serviced every day. It was just a small walk to shops, hotels, restaurants and public transport if needed.

The hotel is in a good location, basically next door to shopping centre, train station is a 5 minute walk. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable, heater worked well and kept us warm. Parking at the door if you have a car.

I booked a cheap room and got what I paid for. If I wanted luxury, shouldn’t have booked the cheapest place. Location was okay (in the sense of near the places I needed to get to - hard to get in and out of though).

The location is excellent. Close to Carnegie train station and shops. The rooms are a good size with only a little noise from Highway. The manager Alan is great.
