We provided our own breakfast and cooked our own dinner. The laneway to the beach was a great shortcut. The room was comfortable with an outdoor table overlooking the creek on the back patio.

The hosts, Sally & Loz, were very welcoming & friendly. We loved our room - the Paperbark 5 room, which was just the right size. Our own little fridge since the communal kitchen had everything one needed. The bed was super comfy, with plenty of towels and overall a very clean room.
The communal spaces are functional, inviting, clean, and well stocked - the fridge (if you have breakfast incl) is stocked with fresh food, milk, juice etc, what a treat for guests. The area itself is so calming, an idyllic pond with a large plot of well maintained land to walk around. So worth the money!! Parking was no issue and well situated within reach of the rooms. Location wise, we were a couple minutes from IGA and a Bottlemart (very important lol), 1770 only a very short drive away and we even got to make use of the only taxi in town to get to the Tavern and back.
Guests can enjoy the full resort experience as there is a lagoon-style swimming pool, a large jacuzzi, an award-winning day spa, and a restaurant and bar. A surf beach is a 3-minute walk away.
Just 350 metres from Agnes Water Surf Beach, Agnes Water Beach Club offers self-contained apartments with free WiFi access (limits apply), a private balcony and BBQ facilities.
Nature Walks are a must. Just be careful if you have young ones as some are near edges. The beaches are gorgeous. Everyone is so friendly, and it is a very dog friendly place which is amazing.
A must is the Gelato shop and the LARC tour.

Agnes Water/1770 is a lovely location and not overcrowded.
Agnes Water/1770 is a lovely location and not overcrowded. It is big enough to have well stocked food shops and a choice of restaurants, but small enough feel like a real getaway destination. The day trip to Lady Musgrave Island is rather expensive ($245 pp,) but worth it. The swimming beach at Agnes water has lifeguards and is north facing, and so sheltered from the wind and the rougher seas. There are plenty of other beaches for long walks. Eurimbula national park is worth a visit if you have a 4-wheel drive. On a previous visit with two teenagers, we took bikes, which are a great way to get around. There is a bike path between Agnes Water and 1770.

What I liked the most was the totally relaxed feeling of Agnes Waters and the quality of The town beach.
The area did not appear to be commercially, and finance oririentated. I met so many genuinely friendly people who had time to talk and socialise.I am finding it hard to identify any negative or unsatisfactory aspect yo my visit.

Beautiful area of the world.
Beautiful area of the world. Lots of magnificent beaches and coves. Great bush walks.
History is everywhere with the Capt. Cook affiliations.
Beautiful sunsets over the shoals.
Plenty of on water opportunities.
Good restaurant and takeaway.
The managers were really helpful with assisting us to change our booking due to bad weather, quirky and relaxed.
The pool looked beautiful if it was summer, nice area with ping pong and $2 coin operated pool table in the common area.
Digital tv with good reception to Freeview digital channels.
Always lovely to find pet friendly accom.
This was an amazing find! Although a bit outside of Agnes Water, it was wonderful. The rooms were fantastic, the set up - with several freestanding units - was very cool. The pool and camp kitchen for breakfast were excellent, although the kookaburra's stole our toast. Would highly recommend and would stay again!
4th Stay. Location excellent. View across the pool to the ocean, short stroll along the beach to Agnes Water. Apartment newly refurbished and excellent. Staff very friendly and efficient. Siobhan called us at 9.30 on the day of check in to say the apartment was ready even though check in was rostered for 2PM.
Spacious apartment, value for money, beautiful ocean view and sea breezes, good beach access, excellent amenities within apartment and building (kitchen, laundry, parking, pool etc), super-friendly and helpful staff, quiet location, conveniently located between town centres of Agnes Water and 1770.
Agnes Water/1770 was our favourite destination of our 2 week QLD vacation. SC Travellers retreat was handily located. Individual cabins had everything we wanted and the layout/setup of the entire site was "funky". Would definitely stay there again if we ever found our way back.
The unit was clean, comfortable and well located in the complex. The room rate represented good value for our stay. The contact details and instructions for access were accurate and easy to follow. We would look to again book in this complex on our next visit to Agnes Waters.
Beautiful apartment with lovely heated pool. Great location, 300m from the main beach and a stone's throw from convenience stores and food/restaurant options. Only a short drive to 1770 and other key tourist spots, i.e Chinaman's beach, paperbark forest, red rock trail etc.
Beautiful Villa's, very well appointed with everything you could need and exceptionally comfortbale beds. Quiet, serene location with the BEST coffee and cafe we experienced in Agnes waters. PLUS 800m walk to a gorgeous, practically private beach that we went to every day.
Great kitchen by the pool with everything you need to make great meals. The room was well equipped, clean and quiet with a great outlook over 1770.
They also have fast Tesla chargers so if you come up from Brisbane you can be full the next morning ready to explore!
Property is located central to both Agnes Water & 1770 as well as close to beautiful beaches.
The Villa was well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchenette
Loved how the spa bath was located off both the bedroom & verandah giving you privacy
Location was excellent for where we were visiting our friends and close enough to get into Agnes Waters.
Very relaxing, peaceful and being with nature in the bush.
We had a special request and this was met by Helene & Manfred more than what we required.
Sonny is a great ambassador for Agnes Waters as well as a delightful host. The accommodation is comfortable, modern, with clean facilities.
Sonny's Where the trees are Green is a beautiful place to totally relax and enjoy nature.

Very well located in the township, beach side of Agnes Water. The overall park was exceptionally tidy and well laid out, even though it was packed to the gunnels. Still quiet and restful, which is what good-excellent accommodation should be.
We found the staff extremely friendly and the cabins were clean and modern. Also it was a beautiful spot, being right in the bush but enjoying a view of the ocean. Also lovely and quiet and very private.
Agnes Waters is the most beautiful place on the planet and the house didn't disappoint. It is a simple home that allows for a very comfortable stay with plenty of room to spread the fishing gear around.
