Amazing staff - Melanie & Markus at Reception and Peter in the bar-restaurant. I booked at the hotel’s more economical
“Rooms” a block away but I was upgraded to stay in the main hotel, which was very much appreciated. Big quiet room, modern furnishings, nice bathroom, complimentary water, coffee and tea in room. Great dinner for the price. They have a cute refreshment area off the Reception & a huge bowl of apples for the taking . Airport transportation €16 and was waiting at 4:15AM. Markus prepared me a coffee before I headed out. A definite 5* stay which I’ll definitely repeat. If you have a car there’s a big private parking lot.

The hotel is good for travellers that catch flights after a brief stay. Don’t waste time catching the bus/s , yes just get a taxi or uber/ bolt.
The hotel is run by a family that the bestest part. It feels nice to see them all synchronized.

The fact that we were able to arrive early, was done in such a spectacular manner. They used it as a training situation for the lovely new employee Lea,and the way they took care with her and the way she just probably did everything was just a blessing. Would definitely recommend this if you need a place close to the airport to just fly out on your early Vienna flight.

Great value and conveniently located near the Vienna airport! They offer a shuttle for 15 Euros. Kind and friendly staff. Slept well and it wasn't too loud, which is always a concern with airport hotels given they usually have lots of guest coming and going both very late and very early

Excellent location for an overnight stay before a flight. The room equipment is a little outdated, the mattress was very soft, but everything was clean, exactly as expected.
