From the moment I arrived in the property I felt like I was in paradise and kept pinching myself throughout the entire stay. Maria was very communicative before my arrival, helping to provide transportation information and directions. They allowed me to arrive early with access to my private beach space and even bought groceries for me since I did not have a car. SO friendly and attentive!!! The private tent and all public spaces were beyond beautiful. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen, paddle boards at the beach and very reliable wifi. Cannot recommend enough!!

Set in Split, Holiday Home Riva Promenade features accommodation with free WiFi, a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. The location was excellent! It is an ideal location for exploring and it is not noisy. There was great restaurants near the apartment as well as a grocery store Matko had some supplies for us when we arrived. He met us at the apartment, made sure we were comfortable and recommended some restaurants and activities.

I don’t know where to start if you looking for quiet family holiday on a villa then don’t need to look any further. Amazing location, mountains on one side, the sea on the other. It's out of town so there's peace and quiet, no neighbors, but not too far from groceries and restaurants. The house was perfectly clean, we had every little thing one might need, from a coffee machine to plenty of spare toilet paper. Honestly, this was the best equipped vacation house I've ever visited. The owner was very hospitable, we felt genuinely welcome and he always replied to our questions and queries right away.

The apartament is really nice, everything new and clean, with all facilities you need. By arriving we had wine/ juice/ water in the fridge. The host was very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there and we highly recommend it.

We have been to Croatia several times and this apartment was our best in which we rested.
