Apparently the Wyndom computers were down. The lady behind the desk was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She didn’t offer a solution at 1:30 in the morning, didn’t even try. Just stared and me and refused to help. Horrible service. I left there and drove to a La Quinta. Their computer was down too but the lady behind the desk manually checked me in.

THE BEDS SLEEP OK...BUT MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND BLOOD WAS ON OUR LINEN THE FLOOR WAS NOT VACUUM AND THE COUNTER TOP IN THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY! THE FRONT DESK HELP HAD TO BRING US CLEAN LINENS FOR BOTH BEDS! WE DIDN'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION DUE TO NOT BEING CLEAN! I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY ROOM!

One you got passed the front desk, the facility was a disaster. Because of COVID restrictions you can't view the rooms before paying and once you've paid, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. There is water damage on the ceiling tiles, the floors were filthy, hole in bathroom door in my room had poor repair and paint, sliding closet door was detached from the ceiling at one end, tub had rust in the bottom... this place is literally a flop house. The high rating it received on Booking.com is fraudulent.

This hotel needs a major cleaning, or staff needs to be trained on cleaning. A/C units need cleaning and filters changed, bad smell from them based on 2 rooms same issues. A little bleach to kill bacteria and mold, with an exterminator to kill the roaches, and remove coffee makers and ice buckets from bathroom....

Nice town and not to far from Mobile, Alabama. Nice restaurants close by. My husband and I went to the Memorial Park for the USS Alabama battleship and USS Drum submarine. Plan to spend at least 2 hours to see everything.BRENDAUnited States
