Excellent made to order breakfast or a buffet with extensive options included in price. The lobby was beautiful and relaxing. Golf course view was nice and had a walking path. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The room and pool area were very clean.

We love Ruidoso Downs and plan to return next year and we will stay at the Best Western Pine Springs Inn. I'm sure by then they will have had time to recover from the pandemic and the rooms and service will be up to their excellent standards. We love the Ruidoso Downs Racetrack! Ruidoso Downs is very pretty and easy to navigate. There are several interesting day trips from the location that were fun and shopping is fun! I love the flea markets. Even with the Covid shut-down we were able to find plenty to do to keep us busy throughout our stay. Even though we couldn't dine in K-Bobs was fantastic. We were able to call in our order, the food was ready when we got there to pick it up, it was cooked as ordered, and there was plenty of food for the price. There are lots of outdoor activities like hiking, biking, scenic drives, etc to keep us active and busy. My wife and i definitely slept well at night.

Ruidoso has a lot to offer.
Ruidoso has a lot to offer. Lots of shopping, FunTrackers, Adventure Mountain, lots of restaurants and is pretty close to the White Sands National Monument where you can climb up and slide down on a saucer.FredUnited States - 10Scored 10
We had the best time.
We had the best time. We traveled from Texas to see Mind That Bird, the 2009 Kentucky Derby winner inducted into the Ruidoso Downs Hall of Fame. Everyone, Tim, Amanda, Linda made us feel like family. It was the best time. We had reservations for the Turf Club. The food and service was the best. We had visited Ruidoso Downs in the past and will definitely be back. Everyone made us feel like family.

We were there for Bike Week.
We were there for Bike Week. Not a very well planned event compared to several others we have been to. Went to the Visitors bureau. They were very helpful. I studied all the info they gave me and planned a couple nice motorcycle rides for us to do on our own. Was disappointing at first since we drove in from Oklahoma City and the Convention Center where the Rally was being put on by was asking for $45.00 per person just to go see exhibits and see the parade and some concert. None of the town vendors carried any of the Tshirts or patches. Downtown closed by 5 or 5:30. Everyone was on their own to go to Casino's i guess. I wouldn't come back for Bike Rally. Cute town, but we saw everything.
