The beds are the best!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing it was. I did not expect this. It was perfect for a quick overnight so that I could catch an early morning flight. Price point was perfect for the quality of the room. Room had been recently rehabbed. Plenty of outlets to charge Phone and IPad. Lighting was great - had all the creature comforts - mini fridge, microwave, etc. Chose this location due to price, comp shuttle to the airport and the positive reviews on cleanliness. Would choose again if need arises.

The laundry room washing machine and the dryer could easily be converted to "cashless" with an XCP VendaVolt Visa & MasterCard Cell Phone Payment App. Suggest contacting XCP Corp and purchase the cashless payment conversion kit for these machines. The room was not serviced before our arrival. Pizza from previous guest in fridge. No linen on bed and rubbish not removed from waste bins. Dirty linen in bags in the shower. The worst hotel we experienced in 30 years of travel. We will not be back.

Rosemont super close to the airport which was why we chose to stay here. The Fashion outlet is also quite close to the hotel. We just had an overnight stay at the hotel so can't comment much on any other features of the place.

The restaurant supplied a good breakfast with plenty of choice. We changed to this Hotel because of its Airport Shuttle service, which was an essential for us. Also because we had used a Hyatt Hotel earlier during this trip which we liked, although more expensive than some we though it still good value. They also let us use the Shuttle service to connect to the Blue line of the CTA to get into the city centre.
