I liked the location. It is located right off the highway. Also, we walked to eat dinner at Cracker Barrel. The reception was welcoming. Alyssa was very helpful at the front desk. The free breakfast was amazing! There was a big variety of food from oatmeal to sausage and eggs. The breakfast staff was so cheerful and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were very soft.

The Quality Inn located right off of I-95 in Roanoke Rapids...

The Quality Inn located right off of I-95 in Roanoke Rapids didn’t even have a sign lit up to locate it. We just needed a room for the night to break up our drive back from Florida to our home state. The entire building, including the room, was in great need of repair. It was old, worn, & very outdated. The outside steps to the 2nd floor were so old & in bad shape, it was dangerous to go up & down. The shower stall & sink area were stained with rust, the bathroom itself was a “shoebox” with the door barely able to clear the toilet to close. We were not comfortable leaving our car on their lot for safety reasons, not the best area. Pros: The sheets were clean, towels clean although the thinnest of materials, & their continental breakfast was nice, variety of food items, & very clean. Front desk staff were friendly & courteous.

This is a do not recommend, place is very run down, you can book for 7+ but rooms cater to 4 max. Animals/pets have been living in rooms and smells like it... Pool has a sign saying closed this summer. Hot water takes 3-5 minutes to reach your tapes, communal Ice maker is broken. The staff work hard to try and compensate for this run down broken Hotel... 4+ staff -1 for the hotel.

The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the highway...

The best part of this hotel is its proximity to the highway and to a main street area with restaurants. Best Western has never bothered to update this hotel, fix short-circuited lights, clean algae from the unusable pool, hire a fulltime maintenance staff member who actually repairs the facilities, offer a decent breakfast (sorry, cereal, tiny pastries, and tiny yogurts is not the way to feed adult guests breakfast). Best Western should be embarrassed to operate this hotel on a shoestring budget and leave the facilities crumble as they do. Do not stay here unless you are absolutely desperate for a hotel room. I will avoid Best Western Hotels after this experience.

I was only there twice and only for one night each time but when heading south this is where I plan to stop for the evening. Had dinner at Don Juan's Restaurant and enjoyed it. I also ate at Cracker Barrel and found that enjoyable too.

Roanoke Rapids doesn't have any recreational fun.

Roanoke Rapids doesn't have any recreational fun. It's attractions are food sites and Wal-Mart. Those that live here don't have anything to do so they travel to nearby cities to enjoy their time.

A great place to stay for a one night stand.

A great place to stay for a one night stand. Because of the ever-changing rules of Covid, it would be unfair to say services that were available with my stay will be available to guests at a later date.

The hotel had easy access off the highway and was close to a gas station. It is by itself, with not much around. Undergoing renovations, so it was a bit messy. The staff were very friendly. The beds were awesome as were the TV and internet. The toiletries were nice and the tub was low enough not to be a problem for people with mobility issues. Shower pressure was good and the water was hot. Seemed to be well insulated against outdoor noises. Loved having a bar and small restaurant on the proerty.

Definitely not . The first nite after a delayed flight I finally got to hotel thinking I’ll shower and relax. Well the toilet don’t flush. I had to pack all my things up moved to a different room . Now I think the next day thy will clean the room . No cleaning the front desk person say we don’t clean rooms everyday since to Covid and I book through a third party. Not sure what that supposed to mean if the room is dirty . $350. 00 for 2 nits and it’s the worst of them all.

Nothing went well. It’s the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Lobby furniture is filthy. Carpeting thru out hotel from lobby to rooms are so filthy with stains. Toilet bowls are black inside. Have no clue when the last they were washed. Slept on top of bedding was afraid to get under the covers. I’m not a rich person, so I couldn’t go to another hotel, traveled long hours on Monday and needed a short sleep.

property is dated with normal wear and tear and can definitely use a renovation. other than that, everything was hygienic. it's a solid fair priced hotel for someone stopping the night. I would not stay there for more than one night personally. location was amazing surrounded by a Walmart, restaurants and shops. 24/7 staff work the front desk and the woman I interacted was a class act professional. id recommend it

We were driving very late/early and around 2am we had to get off the road. I checked the closest available hotels and this came up. We were concerned about staying in another dumpy place off 95 but this was just a great surprise. We will stay here again.

It wasn’t any breakfast, manager and workers were very rude . Ask for towels and etc they kept saying they didn’t have any housekeepers. The hotel need to close down asap it’s a waste of space . I was very disappointed and will never stay there again.
