Nasty. Old. Needed updating. Smelled terrible. Carpet nasty. Windows and drapes nasty. The whole place was sketchy. Did not feel safe or comfortable. Very disappointed.

the customer service was awesome. i have never stayed in a hotel that provides breakfast and dinner and drinks for free!!!! That's Awesome. The cleanliness of the hotel was wonderful. Lavonda was wonderful, during breakfast, she always walks around and have positive interaction with guest, making sure we had what we needed, I really appreciated her and the rest of the crew for being so attentive and polite. I will be back.
