The customer service is freaking phenomenal! The apartment was clean, organized and well put together. It had all the supplies we needed for cooking. Providing some shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a beautiful touch 🤩 you can really tell the Host cares about providing the guests with a great stay!

The room was larger than most hotel rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the additional homey items in the kitchen. Free breakfast is a nice perk. Clean in and around the hotel. Publix is right across the street

I loved the large sliding glass door in the room which opened up with a glass railing and turned the entire room in to a balcony. Much better, in my opinion, than the rooms with an actual balcony as you could pull the sofa up to the railing and watch the waves. I love the Nest brand products (soaps, gels, shampoo) provided. There was the usual fridge, but also a microwave in the room. The complimentary coffee in the lobby between 6AM and noon, was good coffee and I'm a coffee snob. We forgot a wine opener and the front desk ran one up to our room at 9 PM! That's service! Oh... and they allowed dogs in the hotel and on the beach. I didn't have any of our dogs with us, but that is a HUGE plus in my book. It was a great romantic getaway for us... we've been married almost 36 years.JohnUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

Love the relaxing atmosphere of Jensen Beach, how easy to get from car to beach, plenty of bathrooms, parking and beaches are guarded. Great restaurants nearby to eat on the water, or just grab a pizza. Walking friendly, but lots to do nearby if you had a car.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Love to stay at the beach!
Love to stay at the beach! Not too crowded at all and sea turtles may be seen laying eggs at certain times. The beach is clean and one can walk for miles interrupted! Would love to return some day soon!

The hotel itself was immaculate, offering a comforting sense of cleanliness. The rooms were not only neat, but also quite comfortable which made my stay there very relaxing. The staff deserve a special mention as well. They were welcoming right from the get-go and displayed a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist, making my experience all the more enjoyable.
