The hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel was very convenient. The usually reliable condition of the franchise was replicated, but with some wear and tear.

It was an adequate airport hotel for my one night stay. I chose this hotel not because I needed a suite but because the price was right. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The absolute worst!
The absolute worst! Dirty, smelled like stale cigarettes, even witnessed a guy come out of his room and light a cigarette. Stains all over the carpets, black mold in the bathroom, even had mold in our fridge in the room. Will say the front desk women was super friendly and helpful she brought us a new fridge herself! As maintenance was unavailable.

The owner(a) really need to step up and make a lot of improvements! Charge more if need be, over all, this place was disgusting! I’ve paid a similar rate at other hotels and had a far more comfortable stay. They can start with the cleanliness of the halls and rooms!
The property advertises an indoor pool which is so cold you can’t even go in it. They also advertise laundry facilities but it’s a room the size of a closet with one washer and one dryer. You can not put your clothes into the dryer from the washer, you have to put the clothes from the dryer, to the top of the washer and then into the dryer because the room is so small you can’t keep the dryer open while standing in front of the washer.
Covid-no breakfast. Signs not clearly visible from certain directions. Room had inadequate/no working AC & it was 80°F & humid at 11pm. The window had no screen. The room phone was out of service. The bathroom light was burned out. There was no elevator. Expected much better since it is a Choice Hotel.
The location was good, but hotel was old and run down, not new & modern. Room wasn't very clean. Rug had holes in it. Bathroom was OK, but could have been nicer. Would not stay here again. Place looked better online than it was when I got there.
The lobby was pretty. The rest of the hotel was extremely run down and does not look like the property has been maintained in a long while. Booking.com should send people to these hotels to make sure the pictures and info is up to date.
Basically the room was fine one of the AC wall outlets did not work for the microwave so I had to move the microwave to a different destination location. The bathroom sink will not drain properly but all in all it was okay
There was a patio door that led outside so my dogs could go in and out. The neighbors were friendly and helped me to feel mire comfortable in a “disgusting” hotel.
