Clean bed attire, housekeeping does a fantastic job
I booked 24 days. The hotel staff said my room was empty so the hotel cancelled my room. They promised a transfer. I am disgusted and I am missing my jewels. Never ever stay here. They are owned by a third party. Marriott must get away from bad business as you should do as well.

The area is a great district of culture and influence from many ethnicities, mainly Asian. The cuisine is vast and selective and definitely conveys a pride and honor in the fusion of classic and modern. The variety is immense and wonderful to explore.

This hotel was clean & in a safe neighborhood.
This hotel was clean & in a safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, great room and tv size. Breakfast was warm but during my six days, there was no variation at all. FYI, we like biscuits in the south. I love animals but pet dander from the couch made my allergies act up. I would recommend having designated rooms to use for pet owners & the rest for guests without pets. Overall I had a great stay!

I just came to Duluth for a conference. So when the conference was over, then I left. There is a big Korean community in Duluth and therefore there is this shopping area with many Korean restaurants, shops and a supermarket. So that was very convenient! I’d say that Duluth is a very peaceful place. Very hard to get anywhere if you don’t have a car.

This is a strong Korean area and I loved every minute from the food to the grocery store. I went to Jayacupunture to get cupping and I would recommend this area if you are looking for oriental/alternative treatments and some great Korean food. We stopped at the Zion Market and got a few things but the H Mart was a little more expensive but had different options. I would recommend staying at both. The Best Place to stay is the Holiday Inn near the Bahama Breeze. This is where I stayed and It was excellent.

I think the Marriot is a great hotel but truthfully the amount of time I plan to stay in hotels the price is out of my budget and for the little bit of time I was actually there it doesn't make sense to pay the premium price for amenities I'm not going to use
My stay at "Cozy up in this Luxury Living 5mins from Downtown Duluth" was fantastic! The property impressed me with its cleanliness and modern amenities. The spacious bathrooms were a definite highlight, and the quiet atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. The location was also perfect, just a short 5-minute drive from Downtown Duluth. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would give it a high rating based on these great features.
Breakfast was disappointing. Brown paper bag with a muffin and an apple. Was informed that at a nearby hotel a full breakfast buffet was served. Rooms only serviced apron request. Room was rather loud. Other than that, a simple hotel- nothing special but nothing that upsetting that I wouldn’t return in a pinch.
During my stay I found 3 or 4 long hairs tucked in the sheets and pillows so I was certain nothing was changed prior to me booking. I’ve been to a lot of hotels but this one was dated and the bathroom was nasty looking. The pictures are a little deceiving just pay a little more if you can for something else.
The property was really clean and the renovations have made it a much better hotel than it was about 2 years ago. the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. especially Andrea, she was very professional and sincerely a very nice woman. Daisy was also very kind and helpful.
the lock on my room didn't work even after the maintenance man worked on it so they gave me a new room and everything was fine there...I appreciate the maintenance and desk people handling the situation so well
I had to cancel because I asked for a room in Duluth Minnesota and google sent me to Duluth Georgia.I hope it was cancelled because its a heck of a long drive from Minnesota to Georgia.
The gentleman that was at the front desk was very nice (didn’t get the name though). Very clean hotel (hallway..room). Very good location, we always stay here whenever we visit Duluth.
The staff & Management ( Lady Rebecca , Okello , Philip , Miss Love & the lovely lady who cooked breakfast) made us feel at home : the location of the hotel was excellent as well .
