We did spend time visiting a few shops and local restaurants. Every area we visited was nice and the people in the area were all friendly.
Ruffly a hour from the nearest beach access but very easy to find and get to.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The only detrimental thing that I could say is that the breakfast was so popular with guests that the staff was very hard pressed to keep enough food ready for the guests who wanted to eat.

The location is close to the military bases, yet not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of Ft Walton Beach. It was a little hard to access the hotel due to heavy traffic on the highway, a traffic light would have been helpful. Lots of eating establishments within short driving distances. In-house breakfast was good.

I loved the location.
I loved the location. I dislike the fact wearing mask and social distancing was not enforced. I dislike the fact the facility ran out of towels and food. I dislike the fact that my room was dirty upon check-in so I vacuum, cleaned, and change the sheets myself.

I didn't stay 10 minutes. The manager was rude and racist. The taxi driver told us that the call Crestview Crest-tucky! I asked him why and he said because it's a Red neck's town just like Kentucky. We laughed because a white taxi driver told us that. And I had that experience in person while at this hotel.
I did not eat the breakfast. My whole reason for booking your hotel was that it showed that you had laundry facilities but when i got there they were broken and unavailable. Ice machines broken. Vending machines broken and empty. Beds not made with care lots of obvious carelessness. Door to room had problem Opening all the way. Pool was not working. I found evidence of bed bug feces took photo and plan on posting on several social media. Very bad exp. I will never return.
We stayed for three nights with a toddler. I was super nervous about our noise level and disturbing other guests but it seems the hotel thought of it all. From what I can tell they put all of the guests traveling with littles in rooms on one floor. I can’t tell you how relieved I was! Our dude isn’t loud for the most part but he’s TWO so, ya know, shrieking happens.

Ease of access to the hotel, room was large, bed was comfortable with a memory foam mattress, room was clean. The hotel was being upgraded and there was alot of construction debris in the parking lot but I'm sure that will improve with time. The manager and staff were friendly.
The breakfast was less than par. I have stayed at the chain of hotels many times, and this was the most inadequate breakfast I have had to endure. For the cost of the room, you would think that the included breakfast would have been more fulfilling.
well I booked on Thursday for Friday night and apparently booking.com overbooks hotels and doesn’t sent the info until late the next day to the hotel and then the hotel calls and says we have no rooms after you drive 12 hours to get there
The staff at the SanDestin Quality Inn, while we stayed there, were nothing
but the very best. That staff will keep guests wanting to come back.
The hotel itself, was very clean.
It wasn’t breakfast. This was the only disappointing aspect of this hotel. The offerings were one waffle machine, little bread for toasting and cereal (two choices). Sad!
Location was great. We were traveling and this was off the interstate. Very convenient. However, there are several hotels in this area.
