Blue Sky Inn, Renovated Rooms, Largest Outdoor Pet Space, NEW Fire pit, NEW Event Space, Movie Nights, hotel in Blue Ridge

Blue Ridge Rustic Inn features rooms in Blue Ridge. All rooms boast a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. The accommodations offers free WiFi.

Excellent value for the area! Why pay 200 or 300 per night at the other 2 hotels in the city? Bigfoot Musuem and Pinball Musuem are 1 mile away. The Advenute Park, Gem Mining, and miniture golf is a half mile away! Downtown Blue Ridge is 1.9 miles away. Save $200 ( $350 in the Fall) to spend downtown or at the 2 winerys within 3 miles and stay here! Many rooms have been renovated, and we could see others are being worked on. The fire pit/ mountain view is so relaxing. Breakfast had a good variety from hot boiled eggs( not cold), oatmeal, grits, make your own waffles, Sunny D OJ, fruit, fruit cups, yogurt, muffins. The owner is a veteran and mentioned the upcoming breakfast expansion along with hiking trails as they have 23 acres to explore. Also, there is no carpet in the rooms! A plus for a pet friendly place to stay. They also have a new 1800sqft event space for rent.

It was very unpleasant. Very old and creepy! We didn't even stay and was charged over 300$, including a clean up fee! Me and my husband literally opened the door, walked around and left! The tub was dirty stained! Not our style of a Love Nest at all!

WE went to Falls Branch to hike and see the waterfall.

WE went to Falls Branch to hike and see the waterfall. Amazing! We went to the Blue Coyote for karoke and we all had a great time. We ate at Mystic Pizza, the Blue Coyote and Chester Brunnenmeyer. The food was great everywhere we ate. Getting around Blue Ridge was very easy. The next time we would avoid coming in March. It was very cold!

I loved the ability to walk all over the town without having to get into the car every time. Not completely family friendly for an active 5 year old if not for the train and some other options outside of town.

As far as North Georgia towns go, Blue Ridge has everything you need. Even though it was very busy on Saturday we didn't really have an issue getting a meal or getting waited on in retail establishments. Sooo much to do, you need to spend a few days there to really soak it all in.

Just some info to help out in choosing your accommodations.

Just some info to help out in choosing your accommodations. The main (upper floor) has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. We traveled with family that were unable to climb steps, etc so this worked out fine. The third bedroom isn't accessible from the main level you have to go out & walk down the steps to the play room, third bedroom (with bunkbeds) and bathroom. The attached playroom has a kitchen so this level is good if you are traveling with people but still want some separation from others (like teenagers or another family). The main/upper floor has the hot tub on the deck. The owners were prompt in responding to any question and even reached out to make sure that we were able to get in with no problems (we were).

Blue Ridge is a fun place to visit with lots of interesting shopping and dining options along the main street. The surrounding environs are absolutely beautiful and full of outdoor attractions. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Especially recommend Southern Charm which offers wonderful southern comfort food in a very pleasant atmosphere. Cantaberry Cafe is great for creative soups and salads and Yellophant seems to be THE place for breakfast. Plus the Sweet Shoppe bakery has delicious desserts of all kinds. Also recommend the Silk Road Traveler shop for an eclectic collection of books and gifts.

Nice area. The train ride was nice but not a lot to see.

Nice area. The train ride was nice but not a lot to see. Would probably have enjoyed it more in the fall when the leaves change colors. Parking in downtown is difficult and mostly paid parking lots which were usually full.

For this to be a Motel. It was cleaned. The sheets were cleaned without any stains. The bathroom was also cleaned. The only thing was the room had a smell but the room was nice for the price. The stuff was very nice and friendly, they made sure you as a guest were very comfortable. This was our 1st time visiting Blue Ridge. We enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Susan at the front desk for your kindness.

Fern Cabin was, by far, the best cabin experience we have ever had in Blue Ridge. The cabin was super clean, the views of the mountains from the back deck were stunning, and the entire experience felt like a true retreat. The beds were comfortable, there were thoughtful things like extra blankets included, and the hot tub was spotless for us to use. Great for our family of four and dog!

It was close to Blue Ridge but it felt like you were away in the mountains. We loved all the trees and wildlife viewed from the screened porch. The layout of the house was great and the furnishings were comfortable and fitting for a lake house. Inside the property was exceptionally clean which we really appreciated.

Super comfortable and spacious studio with a wonderful screened-in porch (no bugs!) that even included a porch swing. The host provided several thoughtful amenities, games, and information. And, it was pet friendly. Our dogs loved walking in the wooded areas near the house.
