Boasting an indoor pool, this Hyatt Place Minneapolis Airport South hotel is located just off Interstate 494 and less than 5 minutes’ drive from Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.

Rommene var rommelige og fine. Gode senger og godt renhold. Men betjeningen var elendig og hadde ingen anvendt kunnskap om service. De var desorientert og lite villig til å svare på spørsmål. De var ikke kledd som en forventer på et Hyatthotell. Vi bestilte vekking kl 3 på natta. den fikk vi ikke og det var tilfeldigheter at vi våknet. Fint system med Shuttle, men her også manglet høflighet og service. DET ER ET STORT PROBLEM FOR DE ANSATTE. De må læres opp i Hyattsystemet og kle seg ordentlig - hotellet bør ha klær til de ansatte. Resepsjonistene bør ikke sitte å snakke i telefon når det står gjester og skal booke inn. Bu
