Very beautiful scenery and peaceful.
Very beautiful scenery and peaceful. Asked for room change off the pond and was accommodated. Petting zoo animals sweet, but they need grooming and tended to better. Hotel restaurant food was Great. Most of the staff was too. The ducks were adorable and hung out with us by our room

The Amargosa Valley is a great value while visiting Death Valley. The rates here are significantly lower than in the park. Well worth the drive. Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms and nice facilities. RV travelers can also take advantage of the RV park on site.

Nice small hotel near to Death Valley and the Area 51 Café 😉 with nice view on the mountains and on a small lake they built there and donkeys, ducks and geese. Small casino inside and a bar as well as restaurant and a shop 24/7.

You may need a reason to stay in Amargosa Valley.
You may need a reason to stay in Amargosa Valley. I went there to experience Death Valley and got an Area 51 and Alien Cathouse into the bargain.
Hidden gem is the Stateline Bar opposite the resort. good beer, local knowledge and a chance to leave your signature on the wall!

In the middle of the desert close to Death Valley NP this casino hotel is like an oasis. We choose this place as our last night to fly back from Las Vegas airport. It is way calmer than the Las Vegas casino hotels. There’s a small supermarket and a restaurant on side. Staff does his/her utmost best to deliver quality. There was entertainment in the evening where we danced and drank cocktails. Rooms are spacious with a view to the lovely pond outside. Comfortable beds, good shower.
Had a nice 3 night stay in this very charming small hotel and casino when visiting Death Valley. Good amenities including pool, hot tub and a guest laudry room. The front desk staff was very helpful and insisted on giving me a discount because they had lower price on the room than I paid. They have a small petting zoo and even let our child feed the animals (buffalo, sheep, donkeys, goats). The food in the restaurant was good and there were live entertainment on the weekend.
The facility was like an Oasis.!!!!!! The staff were friendly and helpful. Very beautiful and relaxing setting with the wildlife and the Hotel animals. It was a bonus having the dogs stay. !!!!!! Thank you This is very meaningful for Pet travelers.
Rooms are clean and comfortable and the Hotel was quiet. Luv the props large cow, bull and statues. Very Nice setting. We would come again, given the opportinity
This hotel has an extremely nice venue. Inside, I have the feeling that is the last casino in NV (in a positive way, the state's border is anyway in the backyard 😁). Outside, there is a scene with status, which was extremely interesting. Close to the bovine.
The staff is very nice and friendly. And both the dinner and breakfast were great!
We wish we could spend more time hereby.
This hotel and casino is on the way to Death Valley from the east side and kind of quirky interesting with its pond, chapel and all that lawn in the middle of the desert. There was an amazingly talented cover duo that was playing in the casino restaurant area the night we stayed and that was really fun. They played requests with skill and had fun with the small audience.
Tarantula Ranch made our Trip . Watching the stars and a beautiful sunrise was magical . Don’t be put off my the name there are no spiders . This was a comfortable glamping experience with Shower and coffee facilities available. I wish the owners would expand and have these in every state it is far better experience than a hotel . 5 Stars from two happy Friends
Very clean with a great modern saloon vibe. The bartender and front desk were very friendly. You can tell the hotel has history but everything was very well managed and in excellent condition. The cocktail prices were very friendly and we had a great time at the bar. We also enjoyed the various antiques the owners put on display for guests.
Located near the Death Valley, and even though the area around it is a bit rural, the hotel offers everything you need for your stay from laundry, a minimart, a restaurant, and a pool.
I liked their antique style which added to the experience. I would recommend it if you are planning to spend a few days around the festh valley area
The hotel itself is an experience. A very particular place with casino, diner and a decoration that makes you feel in the middle of the west. Authentic atmosphere.
The rooms are very spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly. Located just half an hour from the most famous attractions of Death Valley.
Comfortable, friendly hotel that also has an RV park and truck stop. The rooms and grounds were well maintained and safe. The cafe served good food at reasonable prices. A plus, for the guy, was the small casino. (We were visiting Death Valley for a couple days along with our two small dogs.)
It is nice location nearby Death Valley NP and Ash Meadows Wildlife Refugee. Staff is very friendly, there is a convenience store on the site, which is very helpful in the middle of the desert.
Most friendly hotel I've ever been nearby Death Valley. And it will not rip for wallet off.
A slightly dated property, but there are very few choices in this remote area just east of Death Valley. But we were nonetheless pleased that the room was comfortable and clean. We had fun taking some pictures of the big cow in the back parking area of hotel.
The location was great, close to Death Valley. The rate was pretty affordable so I was not expecting much. The room was a little outdated but was well kept and clean. We picked this hotel based on location and pet policy.
Great hotel with casino, good restaurant , pool and hot tub in the middle of nowhere. Stopping here is a must on each road trip in southwest. Unforgettable experience.
Restaurant in hotel, 30mins from death valley. The room was spacious. The gas station was next to the hotel with a reasonable price. The hotel was quite an experience.
