The staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was adequate. The shower was a good one, but there was no way to drain the sink except to dig out the drain cover.
The location was not convenient and there was no place at the hotel or close by to get food after breakfast. I booked it because I thought it was close to the airport, but it was a $28 taxi ride away using the airport taxi service.

For free and easy travelers, it would be advisable to check the buses timetable if you are heading to places like Daxi old street. We took a taxi from Taoyuan city to Daxi, it cost us NT500. We asked around with the residents at Daxi, and found that taking bus was much cheaper that cost us only NT37 per pax or NT64 for 2 pax. Even from city hotel to Taoyuan HSR, by bus only NT44 per pax instead of taxi estimated another NT500.
One thing I liked in Taiwan, you can keep your travel bag or luggage in a locker situated in most train stations or nearby. it costs only NT30 to NT50 for 3 hours.

People are very polite.
People are very polite. Sign are normally in Chinese so visitor who dont know Chinese may have problem travelling from one place to another and commnication with local people. Temperature can drop suddenly for a few days due to rain and wind during this period.

Worst place ever for travellers, particularly if you don't speak Chinese. Absolutely no-one in the hotel, including receptionist, speaks a single word of English. People were friendly but absolute useless for me. The hotel is a very long drive from Taipei airport!
In short, don't go there!

Within Yaoyuan train station there isn’t much to see.
Within Yaoyuan train station there isn’t much to see. So need to go further to Daxi. But there are shopping malls available within walking distance. A pity we could not visit the Coke museum as we did not make an appointment earlier
I only go to breakfast mostly for coffee, and toasts eventually, since it is mostly Taiwanese, and i am french... who live in Taiwan..!! beside that,
I used to work in a 4/5 stars hotels around the world, (no comparisons) but, this kind of hotels 3 stars is not expensive, very convenient, near the city , and near a 7-11 , near POYA, and a Pizzeria , and even the night market...!!!
When I first arrived at the hotel, I didn't feel good from the entrance. And this is not a hotel, it's a motel. I don't know why it can be called a hotel. When I arrived at the accommodation, the condition inside the room was not very good. The mold on the windows, the smell of cigarettes, and the smell of bedding were the worst. The price also seems to be quite expensive.
EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!! Probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stay in!! It came with a personal garage. Customer service and hospitality was great! The aesthetic of the room was super cute and super nice!! Very clean and the breakfast provided in the morning was sooo good and was so perfect!! I will definitely book here again!! Definitely worth its price!
This place was AMAZING! I felt like a princess. The room was HUGE! The paddle pool is my favorite and it's big. However, it was cold. I had to get really hot in the hot tub and then jump in the paddle pool. I loved everything about this hotel, except breakfast options.
This is my second favorite hotel in Taiwan. I'll be back for this same room.
staffs are very friendly and helpful,
Consider the location is good, it is 10 to 15 minutes walk to the train station and centre. There are not many shops next to the hotel. It just need to walk for a few minutes.
The room has no desk, it only has a small tea table. And there’s only one socket next to the bed it is very inconvenience.
I love everything our room is spacious and clean. They are also cleaning the room everyday. We love the breakfast they are serving different type of foods. Staff are trying their best to communicate with us. Hotel is near 7-11 where a staff their speaks english so it’s easy to ask the locations of the places.
When we first arrived we had a problem with our room, but when I spoke with her staff they were very accommodating and helped resolve the issue right away. The rooms were all different, so I can’t speak for the whole hotel, but the room we ended up in had a renovated bathroom and the room was fairly large.
The staff were really helpful and friendly. They lent us a charger because we bought the wrong adapter and when we needed a taxi to the airport they organised it for us which would've been impossible for us to do as English wasn't spoken much.
Location and value. Easy to get to night market day hikes nearby tiger head mountain was great especially the Sunday market there. If you appreciate a locals market selling every day items not just tourist stuff
Good value for money. We stayed just for a 1 day stopover in Taipei and as it is just 20 mins from airport we choose to stay there. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby
I liked the fact that the hotel was located in a bustling area of Taipei, close to restaurants and amenities at my own convenience. And I liked that a modest breakfast was also included.
Stayed here before a flight- location ok. 20 mins from airport in taxi (cost me 500 dollars)
Near to places to eat in the evening.
Bed was soft and comfortable.
Good laundry service!
Location is great (5-minute walk to Taoyuan Railway Station, or less). Staff are friendly, check-in fuss-free. Breakfast was pretty basic, maybe handful of choices, but delicious.
The location is perfect. Everything was nearby. The wifi is working and the rooms were clean. The amenities mentioned were all there. Overall, it was a great value for money.
It's inside the alley but when u reach the hotel it's totally out of ur assumption. The interior is modern and a cozy place to stay. Great location also
