My wife and I had an early flight up to Chiangmai from Bangkok. We weren’t sure if we would be able to check in as early as 9:30am, but when we showed up the staff were so nice and accommodating, they allowed us to check in no problem! Our whole experience at this hotel was great! Would definitely stay here again.
