Very clean, good space, quality furniture and decorations with comfortable bed, historical building nicely renovated that kept the old and combined it with the new in a comfy balance, the hosts and staff were very friendly and welcoming, and last but not least just loved the soaps from the bathroom, the lavender in the room, and the fresh smell of the towels!

The hotel was kept spotlessly clean and the welcome from the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. The apartments were spacious and comfortable. A kettle was immediately provided on request to add to the coffee machine in the kitchen. The view from the fourth floor was also good, looking over the town onto the surrounding hills.

Everything was above and beyond! Squeaky clean rooms, there is also a great restaurant with unique layout and unbelievable tasty traditional food. The staff was so helpful, kind and welcoming I was about to hug each of them. The owner made me feel just like home and for that I will be forever grateful to her because she helped us make a wonderful vacation. Thank you! First, this lodging is fairly easy to find geographically as it is in close proximity to Pietricica Hill, one of the visible hills that surround Piatra Neamt. Secondly, I want to say that the manager went out of her way to find me a safe place to park my rental car for the evening... and I truly appreciated that gesture. The lodging is very comfortable and I got the feeling that the guests were all being very respectful of one another. One helped me use the gas in the kitchen, for example. In addition, I thought my bed was super-comfortable and the attached bathroom was great. Really no complaints at all. I appreciated the stay there!

Even the city is on the restoration is a nice place to be in. We discovered the best restaurant from the city: Turnul Berarilor where the food was very, very good and fresh and cold artisanal beer (made by them) was impressive.

Beautiful historic center. Architecture restored from the time of Stephen the Great. Everything you need within walking distance. Roses and honeysuckle made it a pleasurable walk all over town. Piatra Neamt is close to Ceahlau mountain, so a trip up to Durau is a must. Children have a zip wire kind of activity place 15 km from town, you need a car. In town Turnul Berarilor delivers good meals in a great atmosphere and the gondola will take you up the hill from where you can return on foot. I arrived in Piatra Neamț after 14 hours in trains, with a couple of stops (Mărășești and Bacău) that left a lot to be desired. It was the beginning of my Moldova trip, and I was starting to lose hope. But there was the Piatra Neamț train station, already the best-looking building I've seen that day. Walking to my booking, I notice something weird: the neighborhood is actually clean. No cracks in the sidewalk, no holes in the road, no random piles of trash. Somehow I was still in Romania. Later, I was walking randomly between Communist Era buildings, when suddenly I notice a weird shape. Turns out to be a church. The Catholic Church of Saint Joseph the Builder. It wouldn't be the last interesting looking church I would see. There's also the Lipovan Church, which seen from afar, I thought was a mosque. I only reserved two days in the city, one of which I actually spent in the near-by Târgu Neamț, with a great fortress, and the second was cut short by my boss. Piatra Neamt is a nice little city to spend some time in especially if you love nature. The trip up the mountain with the cable car is great and the view is breathtaking. Piatra Neamt is a pretty small city, you can walk to the most important parts. Parking is very cheap though if you choose to travel by car. Beraria Nenea Iancu was where we had one of the best pizzas in our life.MihaiRomania

I met a nice lady on my arrival and that was all. There is no reception or anyone around to ask questions. This seemed to me the downside. Also, I am waiting for a refund on a cancelled booking and , again, there is no communication from the one looking after the business. Otherwise, spacious, clean hotel room, in a beautiful location.

Neighborhood looks nice and even if it's a little bit far to the city center by walk, I was not afraid to go back home at night. Piatră Neamț looks safe! The main room is very warm thanks to the nice carpet. I especially appreciate spending time on the morning on the balcony, listening podcasts and drawing. I love the plants, it's make me feel at home.
