I stayed at the hotel with my 18 students and 3 colleagues only for one night. We travel back home from our Erasmus+ partner from the east of Romania. We arrived very late but the staff waited for us, he was very helpful and kind. Rooms were very comfortable and we had everything that we needed after out travelling from the east. It was shamed we could stay only one night. Definitely, I would recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The restaurant is exceptional, wonderful quality food and all the staff there are professional and know their craft very well.
The equestrian facilities are top notch - professional trainers and staff and beautiful horses, well trained.
The room was large and accommodating, not the most modern design but sturdy and well maintained, nothing was broken or loose and the mattress was ok to sleep on.

Travelling on Via Transilvanica, we needed an accommodation when reaching Stejarenii.
We appreciated the involvement of the owner, who helped us a lot to reach the location (from Stejarenii) and the restaurant (from hotel).

The hotel is conveniently located right at the bottom of Sighisoara old town. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful.
Found a 6 minutes' walk from the Piata Cetatii Medievale in Sighisoara's centre, the Mercure Sighisoara Binderbubi Hotel & Spa has a Tyrolean-inspired décor and a vaulted wine cellar.
Danes is a nice, quiet village. For us it was excellent because we wanted to discover the fortified evangelical churches in the area (there's one in Danes too, but we found it closed and didn't had the chance to search for whoever has the key - there's nothing special, that's how it is most of the times). Overall I can't say Danes is amazing - the whole area is and would deserve more tourists.

I certainly understand why the Bethlen family wants to preserve this little slice of heaven. It is slow moving with such nice people. We walked to the castle and there we met a student and a local who would have spoken to us as long as we'd wanted about the history of the area. I loved the pride of the people.
