The apartment was lovely.
Plenty of space. Clean and comfortable.
It was well equipped.
There was garage parking which is really useful, as we were in transit we did not need to unload everything from the car as it was safely locked up in garage.
The host were wonderful. Though we didn't speak the same languages we managed perfectly well.
I would highly recommend staying and if we have the opportunity we would stay again.

Very nice town, good for shopping, nice places to be there and to relax, Wigry nationalpark is quiet near and it is necessary to go there. It is possible to use public transport to go there and away, nice place for familys with children in every age.

Be sure not to visit during a national holiday when many shops, the archives, and museum are closed. We did not realize that the first week of May combines May Day (May 1) and Constitution Day (May 3) both national holidays.

The huge lake nearby is very beautiful, and you can walk to a pier for an expansive view. It seemed you might be able to rent boats, and although I didn't rent one because I wasn't there long enough, it would have been very nice to do that. The weather was great. The hotel is very good value for money in my opinion.
