A town of surprising beauty. Did not see that coming. A great spring day helps too. Be sure to walk from the toboggan to the Park - both along the promenade... and also up over the hill via the stairs. A tknne of civic pride is evident here.

Great place to relax and walk as much as you want around with refreshing air, chirping birds and lots of greenery. Worth to mention small eateries around the centre to enjoy some local food/ice-creams at an affordable price :) Worth visiting to enjoy and cherish all that the small town has to offer :)RohinPoland - 10Scored 10

The village is quite touristic even during our stay during low season. Many restaurants to choose from but I would really recommend La Nonna! Pizza's are great and so are the pasta's. Second best is Polskie Smaki where I suggest the mixed grill ;-) . Check with the local tourist info for the hiking trails and where to park. A really nice place to visit is the skull chapel. Near the chapel is a open air museum with traditional work trades called Trail of vanishing trades (get a discount coupon from the parking lot lady near the chapel).Mannii_000Netherlands - 10Scored 10

Polanica -Zdroj is such a beautiful Little town . The park in the centre is well kept with beautiful flowers and fountains . We like to walk with our 4 dogs ,there is so many different signed walking routes from the centre of town its easy to find . the restaurants all serve amazing food . We ate in the same restaurant both nights we were there as the food was so good and a very good price . I cant remember the name but its the biggest one with a conservatory on the first floor near the river .

Apartment block is only 700 meters from Polanica-Zdrój railway station (we visited Wrocław by train). Don't worry about the noise of the trains - they don't go there at night. Great facilities, Even the smallest details (place for cosmetics in bathroom or sugar) have been thought of. During our stay temperature in SW Poland was above +33°C. However the room was quite cool. There is small balcony.

Thanks to the trees in front of the balcony, we could enjoy our coffee in the shadow and the kids could play in front of the building.
