The hotel is very far from Tocumen International and both arriving and departing saw us sitting in traffic for hours. The closest shopping mall is a 45 minute walk and it is incomplete with not much to do. I would have loved some variety for breakfast but lunch was great every day and you have many dinner options. The drinks were okay. Quite a bit of variety, I would have loved more coffee options though.

We entered unclean room.
We entered unclean room. Tub was dirty, blood and hair on the pillows, mold on the chairs and AC unit. Bugs in the room from ants to spiders. In addition we were left without food, water, AC, and lights for 4 hours with no compensation and no transfer to different resort. Front desk staff was not helpful at all! We asked for bottles of water and the ones brought to us smelled like vomit. Mattresses were continuously being switched out due to bugs! Food was the same everyday. If you did not get to breakfast by 8 you'd be without breakfast meat. Wait staff in dining hall was not attentive. Definitely do NOT recommend this resort also I will not be staying at anymore RIUs.

Great room assigned.
Great room assigned. Food was very good, ate in all three specialty restaurants. Drink quality varied a lot with bar and bartender, not very versed. Noise in all three pools and pool area was excessive for us but people were having fun.

The food was always the same.
The food was always the same. There are closets on every floor filled with molding papers (a health hazard). I sought them out after smelling mold.
There are only two restaurants and only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
The beach was littered with trash. Behind the building, lay more molding items.
Stray dogs wander through the restaurants while you’re eating. There were no excursions nearby. You had to drive an hour to do anything off the grounds. The air conditioning does not work at all. Our room stayed a consistent 77 degrees.
The massage was like no other I’ve ever had. In that, I mean that it was as if the girls had no knowledge of what they were doing.
I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this was no resort. It was a hotel with terrible food, and unsafe conditions. Breathing in the moldy air for five days, gave both me and my daughter several asthma attacks.
The mold being present, is good reason to shut this business down for health violations.

The resort is great for families and those who like watersports. Tennis and basketball courts as well. The shop is very poorly stocked. Absolutely no fresh food. Ok if you only want alcohol, juice tins of tuna or cleaning materials. Otherwise the nearest supermarket is 3km away. The bakery has good bread but limited opening hours. The onsite restaurants vary in quality from pretty awful (habanero) to good for breakfast (the bakery) to not too bad for evening meal (la esquina). Apart from the latter which opens every evening, opening hours bear no resemblance to those advertised.
The beach is black sand.

Food was good but it was not served in healthy manner serving spoons were left in the food everyone's hands touching the food. Rooms are worn and dirty beach is littered with horse droppings. Buildings in need of maintenance only 4 elevators for total resort we had 6th floor room at far corner of building had to walk back to reception area for an elevator very inconvenient
The breakfast, along with the best coffee I had during my whole time in Panama. This place feels very homey and it is literally a few steps from the beach. Amazing. The Hostel really gives you a native feel of the area. The breakfast is like the perfect size to fill you up and well rounded. The guy there, Orlando is very cool and hands on to make your stay very cool and he cooks the great breakfast. The other guests staying there also added to a pretty darn good experience. You will not want to leave!
The atmosphere of Casa Guardia is relaxed, like staying with family. There are many different seating areas to enjoy in the open games & living area or on the veranda, you can be as social or separate as you choose. Lots of things to do - playing table games, choosing a book from the many shelves, getting a massage, going to the pool or beach. And the restaurant serves excellent food!
Choosing a room with a view of the sea at this hotel was a decision I'll never regret. It transformed my stay into an unforgettable experience.
I woke up to the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore and the sight of the sun rising over the horizon. It was a natural masterpiece that greeted me every day, filling me with a sense of wonder and tranquility.
A great hotel for families. We enjoyed the watersports.
A wide variety of good cocktails by the pool!
Different restaurant options every day. Great food and snacks during the day kept our teenagers happy!
Beach was great and we loved all the space.
Our teenagers had freedom of the resort late at night and still felt safe.
Very beautiful place. Gordon is wonderful host. Explained everything to us, helped with getting to know the area around the hotel.
Breakfast was superb!
Room is very stylish. And has everything you may possibly need. Hotel territory is very well kept. This place is designed with big love.
100% recommendation.
This hotel is huge, I guess around 100 room per floor (6 floors) and the public spaces are vast. The gardens are very well maintained, staff are all day out cleaning around the pools and at the beach (the one pertaining to the hotel, nit the public one).
they offer you a nice secure, parking, and a secure place to stay at night. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They offered a very nice breakfast and local food was within walking distances and so is the beach.
Very spacious apartment with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom, friendly host, nice pool that you can use. The Playa Blanca beach itself was gorgeous and is only a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
Beautiful hotel. Lovely pool area. Amazing beach. Nice restaurant with delicous food. Everything was clean. Friendly staff and host. Good location. Close to restaurants and grocery store.
The hotel has great localization. Pools are very nice and comfortable, I like especially this on the higher level. Rooms are comfortable and well furnisher.
