Unit 16 - Very tidy and well presented. Had everything a couple needed for their stay. Even had a couple of biscuits which is a nice surprise and a small container of real milk unlike those little brown ones often found in Hotels/motels. Staff were very polite and friendly. Numbered parking right outside the door with outdoor chairs.
This guest house provides a garden as well as barbecue facilities. There's free private parking, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.

Great view from the property, the owner was super nice!
Bar and restaurant at location (although the menu had shrunk due to lack of staffing). Husband enjoyed playing pool table.
Owner tried to be accommodating when I had changed my plans and could only stay one night.
The hotel was just a 5-10 min drive to Kaitaia where you could access more shops e.g. paknsave, warehous, more restaurants etc.,
